Plus jamais ici
Pros:

They mislead people with photos that look better than reality.
Pros:

Only the attendant's willingness to try to resolve the problems.

Cons:

The disappointment with the room was immense. It felt dirty, even though it was actually clean. The walls and the floor were in poor condition. There was no table, contrary to what the booking photo had shown. A piece of the bathroom door was missing. The bed was terrible, and the wall behind the headboard was stained with body oils. We had to complain at the front desk to get a different room. The only reason we didn't switch hotels was that the few available options were much more expensive.
