I would never in my life or the next life stay here again. I booked and paid for my room, it was for Sunday all the way to Saturday. I am driving 15+ hours to get to Jacksonville so I wanted to make sure my room was ready when I finally got there. With the long drive, I wasn’t able to make it to Jacksonville until early Monday, but when I get to the hotel, the front desk clerk was rude and dismissive to me when I try to check in. He informed me that my room was given away because I didn’t show up on Sunday. We got into a heated debate because the hotel gave away my room that I paid for and should have been ready. The clerk Mario, was rude and kept telling me I should have called to let them know I was going to be late to check-in. I asked why didn’t the hotel call me before giving away my room? They have my information too. When I started to make a scene, he got the manager to come help check me in. Now after my long drive and everything, my family and I made it in the room. There was a strong wet dog and pee smell but I was too exhausted to let it bother me too much. After a little unpacking, I sat on the floor with my youngest child to eat, I happened to look up and see mold on the ceiling. I freaked out and started really inspecting the room and see that the walls had smudges, and more mold growing. I go to the front desk and informed them. They offered to move me, but as I’m moving my family to the next room, I noticed more mold growing in the bathroom this time. When I went to inform them, the manager and assistant manager told me that because we’re in Florida, Tampa and Orlando, mold is a common issue and that there are two types of mold. After some more debating they brought me a list of rooms for me to check before I move my kids. On that list, there were at least five rooms I could pick from but I had to pick the least poisonous for me and my family.

Kind staff, clean rooms, clean pool p
Everything was great
That it was a hotel
Incorrect information and was told I could check out slightly later and then rushed out much earlier than the time I was told.
Front desk was friendly and very welcoming. The breakfast was simple and the staff kept it clean.
I didn’t like that my room floor had lots of hair. Otherwise it was clean enough.
Kudos to Darren who checked me in. Super nice and informative! He is a keeper! Room was nice and chilled when entering, unlike some hotels who don't have the a/c on when arriving. A very clean hotel property.
The taste of the hotel water is awful! You should be ashamed of yourselves for selling bottled water at $3.00 a bottle when you can't drink the tap water!!
Clean, comfortable, great breakfast!
Nothing!
The breakfast was great.
The staff could have been nicer
Front desk staff was very friendly and polite. Decent breakfast. Beds comfortable.
Bathroom/shower could be updated. Parking lot needs more lighting at night.
It did take 30 days for my security deposit to get reimbursed.
It's was a very nice place the pool was great and the area was peaceful.
