L'accueil impeccable.
Le cadre et la taille du jardin idyllique, ainsi que sa décoration.
La taille, le charme et le grand confort des tentes du village berbère.
2 piscines au choix

Cons:

Le menu trop européen à mon goût.
Pas de plats marocains classiques.
Les algues vertes dans les 2 piscines qui n'ont pas fait l'objet d'un nettoyage profond. C'est assez scandaleux pour un établissement de cette classe.

Wat een fantastisch hotel. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt, goed restaurant, met een kleine kaart, maar voldoende keuze voor het diner en elke dag een ander menu. Heerlijk zwembad, verwarmd liggende in een prachtig en goed onderhouden tuin. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Kortom: het was fantastisch om hier te mogen verblijven.

Cons:

Er viel niets tegen. Ik vond alleen de parkeerplaats aan de kleine kant. Dat zou, denk ik, beter kunnen. Ik was er toen niet alle kamers bezet waren, maar is dit wel het geval dan is er niet genoeg ruimte om je auto te kunnen parkeren.

Wir genossen vor allem die wunderschöne Gartenanlage und konnten uns bestens erholen.

Der wunderschöne Garten, die Poulanlage, die Anordnung der Bungalows und deren Einrichtung.

Cons:

Die Hotellobby ist sehr schön und landestypisch gestylt. Der Speisesaal jedoch ist sehr kahl und gefällt gar nicht. Leider war es zu windig, so dass wir nicht im schönen Garten essen konnten.
Das Essen war ok, das Frühstück eher bescheiden im Vergleich zu anderen, landestypischen Unterkünften.

Un cadre magnifique calme agréable décoré avec goût et traditions berbères .
Le hamam formidable prestation de qualité accueil chaleureux idem pour le massage elles sont adorables.

Cons:

Trop de serveurs et pas de service petit déjeuner à revoir.vous pouvez attendre 1h voir les serveurs sans jamais être servis.peut etre revoir les prix du repas une soupe de lentilles des plus simples 600 dhs
Vraiment excessif.
Problème d’écoulement du lavabo de la chambre signalé non résolu jusqu’au départ.Ne sommes nous pas sur du 4 étoiles ?
Dommage qu’un si bel établissement n’adapte pas le service.
Nous venons régulièrement mais nous ne mangerons plus sur place la prochaine fois.
