Nice!!!
Pros:

the lady at the front desk on Saturday afternoon on August 8, 2026, I cannot remember her name but she was an absolute gem!!! she went above and beyond for us when booking.com did not send our reservation!! she was so sweet and so helpful, I am forever thankful!!!!

Exceptional service from an amazing team!
Pros:

I wanted to take a moment to share how incredible my experience was at this hotel, specifically because of the amazing ladies at the front desk, Latesher and Carrea
​They truly went above and beyond to help me during my stay. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to step up and make sure I was taken care of meant the world to me. It is rare to find customer service that feels this genuine and thoughtful, and they completely elevated my entire experience.

Pros:

Proximity to the event I was attending.

Cons:

No refrigerators in the rooms.
No ice machine on the floor I was on, and inoperable ice machine on another floor.
After calling the front desk and being told there's an ice machine on each floor.
Lamp not working or bulb blown out on one side of a bed.
Carpet appeared not to have been vacuumed for quite some time.
