Proximity to the event I was attending.

Cons:

No refrigerators in the rooms.
No ice machine on the floor I was on, and inoperable ice machine on another floor.
After calling the front desk and being told there's an ice machine on each floor.
Lamp not working or bulb blown out on one side of a bed.
Carpet appeared not to have been vacuumed for quite some time.

My hotel stay was very disappointing. The room was not clean, and I found hair on multiple surfaces throughout the space

Cons:

I was very disappointed with my stay at this property. The room was not clean, as I found hair on multiple surfaces and the floors had not been vacuumed. Several items were not functioning properly, including the refrigerator, which did not stay cold, the lamp above the bed, and the TV remote, which only worked if held a certain way and responded very slowly. In addition, we had to wait 10 minutes past our scheduled check-in time, even though we arrived early. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and smooth check-in made this an unpleasant experience.

It was an okay stay..
Pros:

The rooms with the lights that made a heart on the bed was soooo cute!!

Cons:

My tv wouldn’t work.. it wouldn’t let me watch Netflix. The walls are thin so you could really have a conversation with the person next door..
I had so many lady bugs in my room AND they didn’t replace the tissue they just folded it up and left it.. you could tell it’s been used!! The bath tub was dirty.
