La literie
L'appart-hôtel Neméa est situé à côté de l'aéroport de Blagnac et à 15 minutes en voiture du centre ville de Toulouse.
Les chambres sont propres et bien agencées. Elles sont climatisées. Un espace piscine est bien agréable en cette saison (juillet 2026) mais doit l'être aussi l'hiver car la piscine est couverte. Un sauna est aussi mis à disposition.

Etablissement très correct, isolé du bruit de l'autoroute proche et de l'aéroport quand les fenêtres sont fermées.

Notre chambre 116 :
- Situé juste au dessus d'un local technique adossé à la piscine, il y résonne en permanence un horrible bruit;
- Odeur nauséabonde si on ne bouche pas l'évacuation du lavabo.
- pas mal de poussière au niveau des bouches de ventilation de la VMC.
Au delà de 3 nuits, un passage automatique du service de ménage n'aurait pas été un luxe...
Super hôtel, rapport qualité prix ✅ je vous le recommande fortement.
