Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt in Grado. Es ist sauber das Frühstück ist lecker und man ist in 10min zu Fuß im Zentrum von Grado.Die nette Dame am Empfang sprach unter anderem auch deutsch. Es war alles klasse Vielen Dank wir kommen gern mal wieder.

Pros:

We had a very nice stay. Everything was perfect for a good night sleep: bed, pillow, quietness, even the air conditionat was very quiet, good quality.
Breakfast with eggs and pencakes, and very clean surfaces.

Pros:

Igazából azért jöttünk,ide mert Gradoban az egyik legjobb ár érték arányu hotel , ami már többször bevált.
A szoba tiszta , ezzel nincs semmi probléma.
A reggeli standard pár felvágott,sajt ,friss gyümölcsök,joghurt.
Kérésre minden nap van takarítás,rendbe teszik a szobát.

Cons:

Idén már nem volt saját parkoló, a kert nem rendezett, a wc mozog , a klíma büdös , az ajtók nem jól szigetelnek.
A bútorokra ráférne a csere,mostmár kb. 5 éve jövünk minden évben legalább 1* és a bútorok állapota csak romlik. A szobában a szekrény ajtaja konkrétan használhatatlan ,nincs a sinben. A szobai tükör több helyen repedt. A közvetlen szálloda előtti és melletti rész (ami még idetartozik) koszos,gondozatlan a "virágok" elszáradva a cserépben. Nem tudom mire vélni a minőség romlást,hiszen a szálloda májustól szeptemberig van nyitva. A holt szezonban ez mind,mind "orvosolható" lenne vagy szezon közben egy kis odafigyeléssel

Alapvetően megfelelt az elvárásainknak.
Pros:

A szállás olyan volt, amit egy 3 csillagos hoteltől vártunk. Tiszta, kedves személyzet, csendes környék. Reggeli bőséges, szobák jól működő klímával felszereltek, wifi működött.

Cons:

A két szobából az egyikben a fürdőszoba volt nagyon kicsi, a másikban maga a szoba. Az egyikben nem rendes ajtó volt a fürdőszobán, hanem egy szekrényajtón kellett bemenni, ami nem zárt rendesen, de el lehetett tölteni ott néhány napot. A hotelnak nincs saját parkolója, ami nagyon megnehezítette az autó elhelyezését. A környéken kevés az ingyenes parkolási lehetőség, de volt, hogy a fizetősben sem találtunk helyet. A szálloda nincs központi helyen, házakkal, hotelekkel zsúfolt a környezete, egymásra néznek az erkélyek. A környékén kevés az étterem, be kell sétálni a központba, ott van igazából élet, nyüzsgés. A strand fizetős, a tenger nagyon hínáros, koszos volt.

E-bikes konnten nur im Freien abgestellt werden, schlechte Ladeinfrastruktur, Klimaanlage von der oberen Etage tropfte auf dem Balkon
