Pros:

Quirky medieval style rooms with comfortable bed , great price in a great location of old town . Staff were friendly and let me keep my bag there next day has I had a later flight home .

Cons:

Ik had 2 nachten geboekt en betaald. Ik vloog van Lissabon naar Warschau met een overstap in Munchen. In Munchen werd mijn vlucht naar Warschau afgelast door motorpech. Ik had een mail met de afgelasting door de luchtvaartmaatschappij naar het hotel gestuurd omdat ik de eerste nacht niet kon inchecken. Ik heb dan van het hotel de bevestiging gekregen dat ze het bericht ontvangen hadden. Bij aankomst in het hotel de volgende dag ( omstreeks 12:00 uur) was mijn kamer niet klaar en moest ik wachten tot 14:00 uur. Vreemd want de kamer was in feite al geboekt voor de dag voordien.
Ik had bij de reservatie bij booking.com ook een verzekering genomen ingeval van annulatie bij overmacht. Ik heb dus van 1 overnachting niet kunnen genieten.

Great location, but quite outdated room. Better without breakfast

Great location, beautiful view from the room window

Cons:

Unpleasant smell of old building right at the entrance, very limited breakfast (cold breakfast, option of sweet or savory). No fridge in the room, very warm room at 3rd floor even if outside it was a regular temperature day.
