Einfach Super, jederzeit wieder.
Pros:

das Frühstück war phänomenal, sehr gute Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Auch das Abendessen a la carte war sehr gut. Die Lage ist super, Wanderungen direkt vom Hotel möglich, auch geführte Wanderungen. Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal, gute Freizeitmöglichkeiten innerhalb des Hotels möglich, d.h. Schwimmen, Kraftsport usw. Positiv ist auch der hoteleigene Shuttlebus zu erwähnen der zu festen Zeiten ins Zentrum von Oberstaufen fährt und einem auch wieder abholt.

Cons:

Das einzige was ich vermisst habe war eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer bei diesen heißen Temperaturen, deshalb auch nicht die Bestnote bei der Bewertung für Komfort.

Nettes Hotel mit schöner Lage
Pros:

Das gesamte Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam das Essen ist sehr lecker mit reichlich Auswahl am Buffet

Cons:

Leider sind die Zimmer schon in die Jahre gekommen und keine fünf Sterne würdig die dunkelgrünen Teppiche einfach nicht mehr angebracht war auch überrascht dass es keine Klimaanlage hatte

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und bot eine große Auswahl an frischen und hochwertigen Speisen. Auch das Abendessen hat uns begeistert die Gerichte waren sehr lecker und liebevoll zubereitet.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Spa-Bereich, der jederzeit sehr sauber und gepflegt war. Hier konnte man wunderbar entspannen und die Seele baumeln lassen.

Die Bar lädt zum Verweilen ein und bietet eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Auch die gemütlichen Lounges im Hotel sind sehr komfortabel und perfekt, um sich nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag zu entspannen.

Ein großes Lob gilt dem gesamten Personal. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich als Gast wirklich willkommen und bestens betreut.

Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
