Fijn hotel aan het Lago Maggiori
Pros:

Hotel Royal is een fijn hotel om de omgeving van het Lago Maggiori en Stresa te verkennen.
Op een paar honderd meter is een aanlegplaats van de boot om de Borromee eilanden te bezoeken.
Het centrum van Stresa is op loopafstand waar diverse leuke restaurantjes zitten.
Wij hadden een kamer met een mooi uitzicht op de eilanden.
Er was een uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.

Cons:

Het trapje naar de badkamer (3 treden)
Voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn kan dat een obstakel zijn

Romantisches Hotel in Top Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel Royal liegt nahe am See und die Altstadt ist bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die Seepromenade ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Hotel ist romantisch und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Empfang war nett und konnte in deutscher Sprache erfolgen.Das Zimmer mit Seeblick war geräumig und das Bett sehr bequem. Alles war sauber und ansprechend. Wir hatten einen sehr großen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit und 2 Sonnenliegen, mit Panoramablick über den See, fantastisch! Das Frühstück war sehr gut, für ein 3 Sterne Haus überdurchschnittlich.
Kostenlose Parkplätze sind genug vorhanden. Das Hotel hätte eher 4 Sterne verdient.

Cons:

Eine kleine Beanstandung ist die Dusche in der Badewanne, die für ältere Menschen problematisch sein könnte.
Die Wanne ist hoch und etwas abschüssig, man steht beim Duschen nicht sehr sicher darin.
Leider waren wir nur 1 Nacht in diesem Hotel.

Für kurz Ferien super!
Pros:

Frühstück war gutwar alles da. Zimmer war klein,aber für zwei Nächte ok. Für den Insel Besuch berfegt

Très beau séjour/ emplacement et très belle région à visiter

Personnel au top
Belle vue sur le lac de la chambre
Super petit déjeuner et bon diner également au restaurant de l'hôtel
Parking gratuit très appréciable également.

Old fashioned hotel in need of modernisation.

Beautiful views and lovely promenade walk .

Cons:

Hotel in need of moderisation. 1 of the 2 rooms I booked was terrible, smelt of smoke, very shabby. When I complained they changed the room the next day to a garden room which was a good bit away from my 2nd room on the 4th floor. Garden and grass overgrown. Sun beds very old. Swimming pool in the shade. Gardens not as big as advertised as hotel has built garden rooms on it.

Very close to the boat to Isola Bella.
Staff is great.
Not close to the city center but beautiful and silent location.

Cons:

The pool is nice but water cold even the jacuzzi.
Breakfast poor.

מלון ישן ויפה למרגלות האגם. החניה חופשית.
המלון מתוחזק יפה מאד . החדרים מרווחים עם מרפסות.
לובי ישן ומעניין... פסנתר...ספרים. .. חדר אוכל מיוחד וארוחת בוקר סבירה. חצר המלון נעימה ובריכת השחיה יפה וצופה לאגם.
