Lovely hotel
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, it is perfectly situated with a beautiful walk in to Stresa every day and evening and boats at the bottom of the road to explore the Borromean Islands. The hotel decor is charming with pretty planting near the breakfast area. We were very impressed with the housekeeping which was completed every morning whilst we were at breakfast. it was wonderful to come back for a dip in the pool after a long hot day sightseeing. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, special thanks to Lucca who worked so hard in the dining room, quietly clearing away and always fixing coffee machine when it needed refilling. Max on reception was great and lent us an umbrella when the weather looked a little unsettled. We loved our time at this hotel and would highly recommend.

Cons:

Waffle towels in the bathrooms, a little rough and extra 2 euro charge to change pool towels. However neither of which affected our stay.

Pros:

La proximité avec le centre ( 20 mn à pied). Et de l embarcadère pour les îles ( 3 mn à pied)Le parking pour la voiture

Cons:

Il manquait un peu de transats près de la piscine.

Pros:

Rezeption war immer besetzt. Etwas weit vom Zentrum. Bei 30 Grad, ist der Weg vom Hotel ins Zentrum etwas weit und es gibt nicht viel Schatten. Es gibt ein kleines Zügle, dass durch Stresa fährt. Die Info haben wir aber leider nicht bekommen und die Attraktion erst zu spät gesehen.

Cons:

Bedienung des TV Geräts war schwierig. Keine Liste mit den TV Senden. Mussten am Empfang fragen auf welchem Sender die deutschsprachigen Programme kommen. Die weibliche Bedienung an der Hotel Bar war sehr nett, die männliche Bedienung nicht.

Σε καμία περίπτωση δεν ανταποκρίνεται για τα χρήματα που ξοδεψα
Πολύ παλιό ξενοδοχείο, χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση
Κουρτίνες σκίασης με πάρα πολλές τρύπες
Το κλιματιστικό μύριζε ανυπόφορα,ευτυχώς τη νύχτα είχε δροσιά.

Gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel.
L emplacement proche du lac, et seulement 15 minutes à pied pour se rendre dans le centre de Stresa.
Jardins magnifiques.
Repas du soir :service rapide et plats succulents.

Séjour de qualité à Stresa
Pros:

Hôtel de qualité situé à 30min à pied de Stresa et à 100m de vedette privée (20 €/pers) pour se rendre sur les iles Borromées. Pour le soir restaurant possible avec menu à 30/35€.
Très bonnes prestations.

Cons:

Le seul point dérangeant est la taille de la piscine qui me semble un peu petite au vu du nombre de chambres de l'hôtel : les transats sont ainsi tous occupés dés 15h

Très bon séjour dans l'ensemble.
Pros:

Belle chambre idéalement placé avec vue sur les iles .Grande terrasse avec transat. Dans l'ensemble un hôtel très bien.

Cons:

Seul bémol le repas du soir qui n'est pas à la mesure de l'hôtel.
