nice but missing simple necessities like coffee in the loby
Pros:

free valet hotel close to check in nice rooms with view

Cons:

no coffee in the lobby no coffee in the room no room service . The gift shop clised at 8 no sift drinks back to the block walk had to walk next door for coffee block away and I had foot surgery

Cons:

Staff was very mean very rude. Very disrespectful did not follow through proceeded to lie to booking agency and did not give me my tub or my balcony said they gave me a balcony and it was just a window.

Disappointed 🙁 hotel Palms suggest I book directly with them because 3rd parties false advertise.
Pros:

Location was great easy to access free valet nice staff wonderful

Cons:

This is the second time I've booked with booking.com and it stated in the discrimination that the room had a balcony which is what I've wanted both times. The desk lamp did not work and it was a dirty wash cloth ij the tub. I cleaned the tub with my own bleach because if it had been cleaned properly that wouldn't had been left.
