Perfect alternative to the Strip. Free parking
Pros:

The room was large and comfortable. I didn't know it would come with a kitchenette, so that was a nice surprise. I love having a room that has a fridge. It was also still close to the Strip without being on the Strip. There was a walkway that connected to the Palms hotel which meant we could easily access the parking garage without having to go outside into the heat prematurely. Plus parking was FREE

Cons:

I had requested a mountain view, but ended up with a Strip view, which actually turned out better in my opinion. Access to the dishwasher in the room was odd. Though there was a kitchenette, there was no utensils available.

Room was meets our expectations!

Cons:

When we entered the room had a FOUL ODOR!!
It lingered throughout our stay. I brought it up to FD & Housekeeping staff. They cleaned it, however it was smell was still there.

The space and area

Nothing worked. The TV didn't work, the spa tub didn't work. The balcony was closed, the washer and dryer was broke

Pros:

the staff, especially Ruthy were incredibly kind ..the free valet parking was a nice addition ..the suite was clean & the views of the strip were stunning, especially from the jet bathtub.

Made it impossible to communicate with staff about my booking. Spend way to much time trying to get help from supervisors who weren't able to meet my booking needs
