Disappointed 🙁 hotel Palms suggest I book directly with them because 3rd parties false advertise.
Pros:

Location was great easy to access free valet nice staff wonderful

Cons:

This is the second time I've booked with booking.com and it stated in the discrimination that the room had a balcony which is what I've wanted both times. The desk lamp did not work and it was a dirty wash cloth ij the tub. I cleaned the tub with my own bleach because if it had been cleaned properly that wouldn't had been left.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!
Pros:

Nothing, from the front desk being beyond rude to the bait and switch from the Plams Place itself stay far AWAY from this hole!

Cons:

We had planned my birthday, our weeding day on the 3rd of July and Americas 250 on the 4th for this trip. I booked a room with balcony access and when we arrived and went to the room the balcony slider was locked. So I proceed down stairs to ask the front desk why. The extremely RUDE FRONT DESK LADY informed me that my room wasn't selected for balcony access yet that was why I booked the room. I asked her about the 4th of July not having balcony access she informed me that I could walk down and enjoy it from the strip. Yea the problem is I'm a 100% Combat disabled veteran which is why I booked a room with the balcony. So needless to say this ruined my birthday, Wedding night, and the 4th of July. I would have booked at another Hotel had I known about this, the sad thing all they had ro do was go up there with a key and unlock the sliding door. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!

Pros:

I loved my room very sleek and spacious. Loved having a kitchenette, refrigerator, and microwave. Hotel was very accommodating. Had everything you need pool, nightclub, casino, and a movie theater which we found out upon leaving.

Cons:

I didn't like that we had and paid for a balcony room and didn't have access to it. That was ridiculous and disappointing. Why have balcony rooms if we can't utilize it.
