地點方便，接待人員很親切有禮，床軟硬度適中，整體環境滿乾淨！
Pros:

因入住前三天要開車到羅托魯瓦，有與飯店聯繫，是否可在未住宿前三天先寄放部份大行李，飯店立即答應，當天去還主動協助搬運行李，非常貼心！

Cons:

客廳的燈光較暗，公共浴室淋浴間的排水孔流動較慢易積水！

Pros:

This building and area are very nostalgic for me. A man at the reception was so friendly, and showed me around the building. I was very grateful for that!!! Thank you!

The breakfast was awesome!

Cons:

I understand that it is an old building, but we found that the shower did pool a little. It seemed that the plughole may have been a little blocked?

Warm and inviting apartments made our stay cozy and convenient!
Pros:

Location was fantastic, very central for walking to events, and amazingly well placed to drive out of the city without hassle.

Cons:

The parking is limited or had already filled up, which added some unforseen stress and expense to our trip. Staff were helpful and proactive in suggesting nearby alternates.

Great location and comfortable value for money . Staff were very helpful
Pros:

I arrived quite early and the staff were very helpful and did pre check in for me . While I waited it was nice and warm.

Cons:

I think some wine glasses would be nice as I’d to have mine in a normal glass.

Room was clean

Cons:

Parking wasnt great abit more info about public parking next before arrival would have good. Was a little hard to find hotel at first with all the scaffolding made signage hard to see in auckland peak traffic.

Pros:

Atafd in the Dining area was superb.

Cons:

The bed was cery soft, springs of the bed felt. Note aaid extra pullows in the hanging closet, though nothing could be found. Milk was vwey small containers could not use in the hot chocolate.
