The stay was good overall .
Pros:

I love the location but the pool was closed but it was ok as long as they’re getting renovated.

Cons:

Toilet seats were broken, curtain was in hanged , but I had to fixed it myself when we walked right in, under the beds were so dirty like crumbs , dust etc. I accidentally spilled my water then I wiped it with a towel and it was so dirty liked it was never mopped. Oh and the shower were kept dripping water.

Huge rip off, currently fighting to get my money back as we did not stay after arriving and seeing the property for ours
Pros:

Nothing. I thought it had a pool, which is why I booked. They advertise indoor/outdoor pool right on the sign out front, but when I arrived and asked about the hours, staff told me it had been closed for 2 years!

Cons:

Everything. It was dirty, smelly, ugly, unkempt, run down and hot.

I would not recommend staying here.
Pros:

There isn't much that I liked. I was disappointed with my stay. I would not recommend staying here. Why do I have to say What did you like?

Cons:

I was disappointed with my stay. There were many things that were broken or not working properly which made the experience frustrating and uncomfortable. It feels like the property has been poorly maintained for a long time.
This hotel is in serious need of a complete renovation before it should be open for business.

Disappointed
Pros:

We love the location.

Cons:

For our stay recently, we were very disappointed because we thought there was still the pool and the playground. This was actually the reason why we kept coming back here but then it wasn't been updated in the website. We also noticed that the room wasn't that really clean especially the washroom. The shower head was not working, the bath tub was very dirty. It wasn't like this before. We don't what had happened. And also, we were promised to have a discount but it wasn't appearing yet on my credit card..Sorry about my comment but I just really need to voiced it out.
