Terrible.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing. The photos online of this location are completely inaccurate. Both pools are empty. The park is broken. The indoor pool and area is just full of mattresses and junk. The rooms were dirty upon entry. Tiles in the bathroom are broken. And there is no microwave as stated. There is no kitchen or eating area.
When asked if we could switch to a room that was clean and that had a lock, the gentleman stated they were full… It was not full. At least not full of customers. It is a Motel a the very most and is definitely is being used to home homeless people.

Cons:

Everything. This is a terrible place to stay and should not be listed as a Resort.

We didn't stay. Don't book here, even if there is no other place under $200. Pay the extra.
Pros:

It was so abyssmal we didn't stay.

Cons:

Extremely run down. Not even a toilet paper holder. Baseboards heaters open and unprotected wiring.

DO NOT STAY HERE
Pros:

This was the most disgusting place I have ever walked in to. The walls had sticky stuff all over them. The bathroom had mold. The toilet wasn’t attached to the floor properly. The floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in years. We took a rag a dusted on top of the headboard, coffee table and such. It came out BLACK. The windows were filthy. The curtains barley hanging on. The longer we were in there the sorer our throats got. Smelled like there was a dead rodent somewhere in the room. The photos they post online are from many many years ago. And false to now!!! Beware! Any review that says this place is clean is fake. This place should be shut down. It should be taken off trip advisor. The only good is when we told them we would not be staying there they refunded our money. Which left us in the middle of the night scrambling for a place to stay. We decided that staying in our car would be better than there. Luckily we found a place.

Very disappointing and overpriced regarding the quality received.
Pros:

Location was very accessible.

Cons:

Part of the window blinds was broken and lying on the floor when we checked in. There was not a clock in the room and the time on the microwave wasn’t correct. The bedside lights did not work. The TV did not work dispite the efforts of the desk clerk to make it work.

Despite undergoing renovations, The property is very enjoyable and has great value
Pros:

the staff were very friendly and accommodating, the property allowed for great access to the Kelowna area. The room was spacious.

Cons:

The site was performing renovation updates to some suites, the room we were in was very dated. The shower was not working well.

Pros:

Absolutely nothing wasn't like the pictures at all should have read the Google reviews first place was a dump no running water place was falling Apart staff was rude except the maintenance guy

Cons:

They offered a refund and then refused to give it to me

Convenient and clean. A small resort in the city.

This is a very well kept and clean facility that is close to shops and areas to walk. Staff are lovely.

The motel is a delightful find and the staff is thoughtful. Nice amenities.
Pros:

The rooms were spacious with privacy. There was a TV and the beds were comfortable memory foam. I could have comfortably brought my pet dog.

Disgustingly filthy.
Pros:

The dirtiest motel I have ever stayed at. Bring extra socks, floors are filthy. Cupboards filthy. Tub-shower filthy. Smoke detector old and hanging off wall. Toilets hardly flush. Shower curtain hanging off wall. NO POOL...a dirty hole in the ground. Pictures of the place must have been taken from years ago. NOT AS ADVERTISED!

Pros:

Easy checking in, friendly receptionist

Cons:

Rust in bathroom, very old and worn furniture, AC Was very loud yet didn’t blow cool ear at all. No soundproofing whatsoever. When neighbours turn on water in the middle of the night you inevitably wake up.
