Pictures are misleading. Pool is closed. Rooms are dirty.

No pool, outdated photos on website. Dog hair in beds, tub not clean, floors felt weak, grounds not the same. Horrible checked out after one night

The unit is dusty, dirty and old appliances. Also the pool is closed. Feel unsafe

The pools and playground were not in working order. The bed in our room had a stain on the top blanket,

Issue with booking, didnt have my reservation from third party. Very glad was able to still accomadate us!

Slum land lords

Rooms were dirty and the bathroom smelt of mold.

Denied us check in because we were 18. They said BC law was 19 for rental rooms. Went down the road and checked into an Inn no issues. Still have yet to get a refund. I did call ahead and ask and the person on the phone confirmed 18 was their check in age for booking.

Ac was not working, after using washroom, sink was outside the washroom right beside the bed.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this property. We were supposed to check in at 4:00 PM, but due to a delay, we arrived around 5:30 PM. Shortly after checking in, I used the washroom and, when I flushed the toilet, the water overflowed onto the floor outside the bathroom. The property had to call someone to come and repair the issue.

Later, around 12:30 AM, we received a call from the lobby staff saying that we had contacted them, even though we had not called anyone. This was disruptive and affected our sleep.

Unfortunately, the room itself was also not in good condition. The lighting was inadequate, the bedsheets did not appear clean and had visible holes, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room.

Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would not consider staying at this property again. I expected a much cleaner, better-maintained, and more comfortable room.

Just upgrade the place for that kind of money they should’ve charged 20 bucks a night total disgrace run by a bunch of East Indians. I’ll never stay there again ever ever ever.

The room was extremely dirty. I believe they're in the process of renovations. The air conditioner was hung on the wall but wasn't fully covered, so it was exposed to some outside. The door wouldn't fully close extremely dirty. Don't recommend I was almost charged twice for the room. Because I did booking.com. And they didn't realize that I had already paid. I supposedly have or am getting a refund.Which i'm going to contact my bank today to see if it was done. The area is very sketchy, lots of sketchy people.

​What you see on Booking.com is not what you get. Unprofessional staff, broken basic appliances, and rooms that desperately need maintenance and repair.

Het zwembad binnen en buiten was niet gevuld en ook de hot tube niet.

The pool was not available to use—huge disappointment for us! The pool was one of the main attraction when booking the site. I had promised my kids pool use for this stopover, but it hurts to see them disheartened and disappointed.
