Pros:

I'm not sure what to say here I like that. It was close to the highway and close to coffee shop

Cons:

The room was extremely dirty. I believe they're in the process of renovations. The air conditioner was hung on the wall but wasn't fully covered, so it was exposed to some outside. The door wouldn't fully close extremely dirty. Don't recommend I was almost charged twice for the room. Because I did booking.com. And they didn't realize that I had already paid. I supposedly have or am getting a refund.Which i'm going to contact my bank today to see if it was done. The area is very sketchy, lots of sketchy people.

Terrible experience. Totally misleading!
Pros:

The location was the only good thing

Cons:

​What you see on Booking.com is not what you get. Unprofessional staff, broken basic appliances, and rooms that desperately need maintenance and repair.
​Booking.com’s failure to regularly verify the hotel’s eligibility, standards, and image accuracy seriously hurts—and has hurt—their own reputation. Would not stay here again.

Fair resort. Affordable. Clean. Friendly staff.
Pros:

The location was central. The neighbouring stores are walking distance for items we need replacing or topping up.
The staff were friendly. Since the pool was not in use, they were kind enough to let our 5yr-old play billiards and table tennis with dad.

Cons:

The pool was not available to use—huge disappointment for us! The pool was one of the main attraction when booking the site. I had promised my kids pool use for this stopover, but it hurts to see them disheartened and disappointed.

An absolutely horrid experience lol
Pros:

Do NOT go here😭✌️ the first thing my family and I notice when we walk into our room is that there is NO lock and a bed blocks our door from fully opening it. Then we see that the sink drains into a bucket and there’s mold on the ceiling. And in the main room the sliding door leading out to the courtyard does fully close either. There’s also a non working tv and a fridge that smelt FUNKY AF😭 not to mention the toilet seat is worn down and should’ve been replaced years ago. And id like to specify that the room I stayed in was room 310.

Needs serious cleaning, painting and upgrades
Pros:

Bed was ok.

Cons:

State of room. Broken floor boards, missing front for baseboards heater, curtains coming off hooks, holes in walls, No rod in toilet tissue holder, missing towel rack, holes still there. Tub rusty in parts. Tub was painted and peeling. Worst of all, couldn't get shower to work. Lever was stuck. No other rooms available.

Every single staff member wanted us, the guests, to understand that they had plumbing issues thats why the rooms were so

Good backyard/lawn. But the grass were too long and not maintained. Dogs were not allowed on the lawn which was also pretty funny because they allow pets in the rooms but not on the outdoor lawns

Cons:

We arrived and checked in, we weren't informed about anything. We were just given the key to the room..

-When we walked in, we saw the bathroom-dirty-unflushed toilet with urine still in it and leak on the floor. The bath tub was dirty and not cleaned as shown in the photos
-The bathtub was clogged so we could not use it to shower. As a resolution, they gave us a key to a different room (about 2-4 min walk around the resort) just so we can take a shower.
-The sink in the "kitchen" were not clean and dirty dishes were just sitting there, as shown in the photos.
-The lights in 2 of the rooms were not working so we had to keep the main light on in the main room (where I slept).
-The ceiling fans in 2 of the rooms were not working so the doors had to be left open so the AC would get inside the rooms.
-Electrical sockets were not working except for 2 in the entire room, so we had to take turns to charge our devices.

Unfortunately I would not return. The pools being empty was very disappointing.

Was definitely getting run down from our previous stays. We were so excited to use the two pools and hot tub, none of which were operational. In fact, they were empty. I asked for our money back so we could go somewhere with a pool, the staff were awesome and refunded us.
