A beautiful sea view cannot compensate for accommodation that was so seriously and misleadingly misrepresented.
Pros:

The location is convenient, within easy walking distance of the centre of Kaş. The sea view from our Executive Suite was genuinely beautiful.

Cons:

The Executive Suite was very disappointing and did not match the impression created by the Booking.com listing. The original listing showed a much more spacious-looking room and a large furnished terrace; in reality we had a small bedroom, a tiny living room and two very small balconies. Interestingly, the Executive Suite originally had 15 photos on Booking.com, but after I raised my complaint only 6 remained.

The suite is at the very top of the hotel with no lift. Reaching it involves a substantial number of stairs (equalling probably the 7th floor), far more than I expected from the description “upper floors accessible by stairs only”. In the August heat this was exhausting and significantly limited how often we wanted to leave the hotel.

Air conditioning is only in the bedroom, so the bedroom door has to stay open to cool the living room. The balcony doors initially could not be secured and required a technician to repair them.

The advertised “minibar” was simply an empty old fridge with two small bottles of water, and there were no proper drinking glasses, only disposable paper cups.

I complained immediately and showed reception the Booking.com photographs, but was told that Booking.com was “not their website” and that the hotel had only one Executive Suite, so there was no alternative room.

For the price we paid, the accommodation, facilities and service were extremely disappointing. Had the Executive Suite been represented accurately, I would have booked somewhere else.

Lovely place and one of my favorite I’ve been to!
Pros:

Lovely location and lovely place. Breakfast was good. Lunch was tasty! We got a free room upgrade I believe. Lovely staff. Lovely pool and great ocean to swim in. Overall we would recommend to everybody to stay !

Cons:

I think you should be aware to be an early riser if you want a subbed. Not enough sunbeds for amount of guests so be there latest at 9 if you want a place in the sun and 10:30 latest if you want a bed at all during peak season (worked for us so no problem!).

As a side note it is 10 stairs (some are half) from the Main Street to our room (more to the beach) and it’s not hard if you in normal shape but good to be aware for pregnant and elderly :)

Loved it . Best stay in 3 weeks of Turkey
Pros:

Everything was great . They kept us a parking spot out the front. Breakfast was lovely and the beach/ breakfast staff were sensational! My only neg comment is the dammm doors .You have to slam them to close . So even if you have an early night @10pm there are doors banging for another 3 hours! (purely a design fault). No need to leave to go swimming everything is at the Hotel.

Cons:

The noisy doors .
I wish they would have Happy hour at the pool bar and the deck overlooking the spectacular view, instead you need to go across the road to beach hut?? ( they make the drinks upstairs then take them over the road ??)

A little piece of paradise
Pros:

Aqua Princess hotel is such a lovely, special place that it's hard to know where to start. The setting is exceptional. Perched above the waterfront, with direct access to the sea, and a few minutes' walk from the centre of Kas. The hotel has a quiet, laid-back vibe: there's plenty of space to stretch out on a sunbed on the terraces and dip in and out of the sea. Breakfast is lovely, with lots of salad and fruit as well as cold meats, eggs, pastries and omelettes cooked to order. The staff are terrific: the hotel restaurant is open all day, and the waiters are amazing - they run up and down the steps from the restaurant to the terraces all day, delivering food and drink orders, dispensing towels and seeing to sunshade umbrellas, all with big smiles on their faces. Bedrooms are nicely-appointed with good air conditioning and modern bathrooms with great showers. Just be aware that there are a lot of steps: about 60 from the street to the lowest floor of bedrooms, and there are an additional three floors of rooms above that. It means the views are wonderful (especially of the sunset), but anyone with mobility issues may struggle.

Cons:

Tiny rooms, even smaller bathroom. Very noisy rooms. Doors could be heard slamming shut all night and morning. While we were there, there was no mention or heads up that the hotel next door had a party festival for 3 nights. So we could only sleep between 1am - 6am.

Чудесное место Каш, классный отель с собственным пляжем. на наш взгляд самое удачное расположение отеля в городе, чуть в стороне от суеты и при этом в шаговой доступности от центра. Прекрасный дружелюбный персонал, мы не испытывали неудобства ни в чем. Вид на море с балкона в номере завораживает.
