It was in a convenient location with Gare du Nord 5 mins down the road (very big station, with the Metro and RER) and 2 mins walk to La Chappell.
The room had a safe as well
The room was extremely cramped.
There was no plug in the sink to wash your face at night
That we had to leave one building and walk to another building for breakfast, which wasn’t advertised when booking, and down in the basement in the other hotel with no lift access to said breakfast room, just a cramped spiral staircase.
Breakfast was disappointing in terms of the items and quality that was offered.
There was no bar or any form of evening meals / restaurant
The tea making facilities were not replenished at any point during our stay, with our dirty mugs still left there throughout our stay when we would expect fresh mugs when the room is made
That the TV was suspended up on the roof / ceiling and we felt like bats watching it!
Location was good room abit small for 2 but we managed staff was very nice and friendly did not have breakfast so no idea what it was like
Lift was a bit small lol that a under statement it was very small

Un désastre à fuir !! Hôtel insalubre avec énormément de moisissures et insectes nous avons dû quitter l’hôtel sans même dormir dans la chambre ! Aucun geste commercial nous avons pris la route en pleine nuit une honte !
Très bel hôtel avec chambre spacieuse et propre ! Le personnel est accueillant et agréable. Possibilité de laisser les sacs la journée de votre départ et de les récupérer le soir. Machine à café et distributeur à disposition. La nuit a été calme et le mobilier est top
L’emplacement n’est pas terrible, rue qui peut faire peur au premier abord surtout pour une femme
Pas d’eau chaude le matin si vous vous levez tard (10h30 pour notre part)

I booked this hotel because when booking I required a refrigerator which was in the description of what facilities were in the room. When we arrived at checking in we were told no refrigerator is available for any rooms as this is only a 3 star hotel. They were not interested of my request even when I showed them on my booking.com confirmation that the room had a fridge!Even on the Sure Hotel Best Western website that day it says room facilities had a refrigerator they did not want to know. I told reception if I knew that there was no refrigerator I would definitely not have booked this hotel. I want a REFUND from booking.com for this booking I use booking.com for a lot of accommodation bookings and the description of rooms is what I base my booking on so we enjoy our holiday .The room was OK the lift at this hotel is narrow and small only has room for 1 person with a suitcase our room was on the 5 th Floor . Will definitely NOT STAY at this Sure Hotel Best Western again in Paris

quartier pas très reluisant, pas d'eau chaude à 19h, petit déjeuner minimaliste. Extrêmement cher pour ce que c'était.
Location is very close to Metro.
The toilet is stuck to the wall. Not sure how we are supposed to use it when there is no space on one side.
No elevator to the top floor. Need to carry the heavy luggages over the staircase for 1 floor.

Per chi viaggia la pozicione è perfetto perché si trova in un punto vicino al stazioni di treni o di metro. Le camere erano ben puliti, solo il ascensore è piccolo, ma non fa diferenza nel mio punto di viste per dare un 10
