The stay was very comfortable.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable. The laundry was a huge convenience.

Good rooms with plenty of space. Will eat in our room for breakfast next time since it was not to our liking.
Pros:

We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with a small kitchen and washer dryer. It was clean, close to downtown. And a small balcony with sunset/river views

Cons:

Breakfast was very limited. Limited choices and a very small room with the size of hotel. Gym had a weight machine that was broken and free weights up to 20 lbs

This hotel is a great location. It is a great deal for the price. I loved all them amenities.
Pros:

The room is a fantastic value for the price. Location is great. Everything in the hotel was great except the staff could’ve been friendlier.

Cons:

The stuff was very unfriendly when we checked in they didn’t keep the continental breakfast stocked. They even ran out of coffee, but really that’s all I could say the hotel itself was great very clean.

Love the place, close enough to walk to the beach, full kitchen, own washer & dryer, jetted bathtub
Pros:

Room was great. Had king bed, full kitchen, dinning table, sleeper/couch, fireplace, washer & dryer, double bathroom sinks, and a jetted bathtub. No carpet, which can have its own pros and cons. My only negative was the jetted tub was taller than standard tubs and there are not grab bars. Could be an issue getting into the tub/shower for someone especially with no grab bars for stability.

I liked that they set up my room for our wedding anniversary, as I requested, and the in-room washer and dryer. the kitchen and all.

Cons:

Breakfast quality was horrible. It's best to say "no breakfast," and people are mentally prepared to book knowing there's no breakfast. But to say breakfast is included and not provide several options is not cool. If families choose to stay and can't have several breakfast options, that is not good. I chose this place becaue of the breakfast included and i was extremly disappointed. I could have lived close to the beachfront itself for $ 400 less and then go elsewhere for breakfast for that 400 dollars. I chose this place becasue it promised breakfast but i was very disappointed. We had to leave the building every morning for breakfast for an additional cost. All you guys had were biscuits and a few pieces of fruit. No way to make waffles or pancakes or bacon or real scrambled eggs. Like, breakfast during vacation is very important. We arrived 1 hour before breakfast ended but that should not change the availability of meal for breakfast. Also, options for drinks, cereals, milks, and breakfast muffins.

Very good and God blessed us with some sun on Saturday and Sunday so praises be to Him.
Pros:

Would have liked waffle makers in the breakfast room. Breakfast was basic but okay just nothing to get excited about.

Lobby sand table was working great this visit which was fun to glance at each time we walked by. In prior years it only worked occasionally, looks like a new table replaced the old one.

Cons:

Nothing that I can think of.
