Everything was great
Parking
Bfast was good.
Pool was busy in the afternoon - would have liked being able to go in the pool prior to the 4:00pm check in time.
Going into the pool prior to check in time.
Loved having a small outside area from the pool - it could be enhanced with some potted plants and remove the chairs that were broken or at least have those hidden.
The rooms are outdated, somewhat far to walk to local shops and restaurants
The location was great and the room size was comfortable for our family.
When we got to the location, the front office staff informed me they had us in a room right next to the breakfast room, pool and directly across the main elevator on the main floor by the lobby. I am shocked a hotel would even place a room in such a horrible location. We were able to move rooms, but had to wait for cleaning, which I was fine with in order not to be stuck in the worst room in the hotel. The front office staff were two old women who were highly rude to my children ( who are older and polite, they had asked for additional blankets and that was too much to ask for them). The room itself was filthy, we walked in and there was a wet ring from a drink on the counter, and the floors were dirty. The rooms itself didn’t have a blow dryer ( which I think is crazy I have never stayed in a hotel that didn’t provide one), super inconvenient. They didn’t have laundry detergent for then in room Asher and dryer. Their pool was small and dirty. The free breakfast was two mornings of biscuits and gravy. For over 1,000 for two nights, I would have much rather stayed in a nice air bnb. Lesson learned.
Bed was very comfortable.
I had hoped that breakfast would have more options like bacon, eggs, ham, waffles
I like the happy hour food from 3 to 9, Love the jetted bathtubs. Its a cozy studio, with all your kitchen needs.
I loved the tub!
the breakfast was very blah.
Staff, cleanliness, breakfast, the pool, comfortable room
The smell on the outside by the pool smelled like rotten eggs
It felt spacious with 3 separate places for people to sleep. The pool was perfect.
The staff was helpful and accommodated an early check in.
The pool. Our room was great at accommodating our multigenerational family. Location was perfect and walkable
More breakfast options
The rooms were nice and had plenty of room. They were clean and had everything you'd need (washer, dryer, stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker). The safe was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. They had board games, DVDs and a dvd player we were able to check out at the front desk, free of charge. The hotel was central to the beach access, shops, play areas for kids, restaurants and everywhere you'd want to go while you're in Seaside.
We had a hard time finding parking in the parking lot at night. We had to park on the street two nights of our stay.
No room service
Concierge was very nice and helpful!!!
