Great central location. Lovely room but staff did not live up the price.
Pros:

Excellent rooms, comfortable bed and luxury linen. Great central location

Wij hadden een kamer met een opstapje, erg gevaarlijk snachts in het donker Het ontbijt was niet echt 5 sterren maar gewoon goed Het stonk naar grondwater in de ontbijtzaal
Stukje uit de wastafel beetje bijgewerkt Douchen in bad. Water tijdens douchen steeds een koude straal tussendoor Irritant. Kortom geen 5 sterren.

A não repetir. O hotel não merece as 5 estrelas.

O hotel nada tem a ver com um hotel de 5 estrelas. Já fiquei em hotéis de 3 estrelas bem melhores que este. A água quente ora estava quente ora estava fria. O quarto não tem roupeiro, o que existe é uma zona com uma cortina em frente. O acesso à sanita, para uma pessoa obesa é impossível. A insonorização do quarto é péssima, ouve-se todo o barulho do corredor, do quarto vizinho e do exterior.

Style - lacking substance.

Cons:

Last visit to Seville we stayed at Christine Bedford hotel which was a similar price and excellent. This time we tried something new. Rooms are noisy until 1am when bar closes with loud music. Rooms in the terrace do not have blackout blinds meaning outdoor lights shine in opposite bed (despite outdoor and indoor blind being drawn). Pool neglected, no seats, messy, no table service considering drinks were 3/4x other local places - no issues with expense if service is there to match. Air conditioning not working in room, staff acted but without urgency or compassion. Door men act like security not door staff.

None of the above is what I would expect from a 5* hotel. It is unlike me to leave a negative review but upon trying to resolve this with the hotel they have not sincerely taken the feedback on board.

Excelente ubicación y personal, deben mejorar varias cosas
Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable, frente a la Giralda.
El personal: siempre sonriente, simpático, ayudando a resolver cualquier situación, muy atentos todos, hacen que tu estancia sea muy agradable.
Joan ha sido súper atento.

Cons:

No reciben mascotas.
El minimalismo de la habitación 404 la hace poco practica: no tienes donde colgar la toallas en donde las necesitas; sin estantes en roperos para guardar la ropa; la persiana del baño no cerraba y muy temprano ya tenias luz en la habitación; arriba tiene una terraza del bar del hotel con ruido permanente de sillas y gente caminando arriba tuyo; falta mantenimiento o pintura… esa habitación debería estar impecable.
Es un hotel caro que no debería tener estos fallos.
Llegar con auto es complicado.
