I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Amazing service, perfect location
Pros:

Perfectly located across from the Cathedral. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Airconditioning was a big plus in the middle of a hot summer.

Fue nuestra segunda estancia en este hotel del que nos encantan sus instalaciones y la ubicación. El desayuno también está genial tanto el personal como las alternativas.

Cons:

Con respecto a nuestra estancia previa el servicio y trato han desmejorado. El servicio en la piscina es inexistente. No nos ofrecieron bebida de bienvenida y el diálogo respecto a una segunda habitación que tuvimos que cancelar a último minuto debido a un problema de salud familiar fue muy incómodo. Hicieron poco para ayudarnos excepto instarnos a consumir lo cual arruinó bastante nuestra estancia.

Belle parenthèse sévillane !
Pros:

Bel hôtel idéalement situé à deux pas de la cathédrale. Petit déjeuner de qualité. Suite junior très spacieuse avec une vue magnifique sur la Giralda. Equipe professionnelle, avec un grand merci à Mario qui s'est distingué par sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et son sens du service.

Cons:

We used the roof top bar , when we asked to be seated there was a residents area , when we asked to be seated in a certain place we were told we wasn’t allowed there as it was already booked so we were put somewhere else , then a young group turned up 1 male three females who I didn’t believe were residents more like friends of the young lady working there ! Our only gripe of the trip

Fantastic hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Loved everything about the hotel, the service, the breakfast, the room and the location was superb. The view from the pool and rooftop bar was exceptional and the reception staff were amazing.

Cons:

I only put a bit less for staff and this was the service on the rooftop pool. The bar is a bit away from the pool and every time we wanted a drink you had to get dressed to go and order a drink. At one point we got back to the pool and there were at least 20 people around the pool and no one in the rooftop bar to serve but two members of staff stayed at the bar not doing anything. I do think one of them at least come to the pool bar to ask whether anyone wanted drinks. Or have a telephone at the pool so that you can ring them to order. Also don’t forget to take your key as my husband couldn’t get back into the pool area when going to the bar. This is no reflection of how fantastic the hotel was and wouldn’t stop us staying again but I think it is important to give feedback as I think by making it easier to get drinks exceptional service would be given and the hotel would get more revenue..
