El personal, la ubicación y la terraza superior

Cons:

La habitación. No se podían oscurecer las ventanas de la entrada de luz. Sin armario en condiciones , pocas perchas y edificio poco accesible con demasiadas escaleras.

The location was superb , wonderful view of the cathedral .Roof top pool was a bonus as was the bar.

Cons:

I would have expected a fridge in the room , and some extras as a 5 star hotel .Very difficult to access hotel by car due to lication.

Pequeno almoço. Nao tinha muita variedade, mas o que havia tiinja qualidade.

Cons:

Nao gostei do quarto. Nao rinha armario para a roupa nem gavetas. O quarto ainda que espaçoso estaba mal dividido. Na entrada havia umas prateleiras na parede e uma estrutura para pendurar a roupa. A casa de banho tinha uma banheira sem protecao que molhava tudo ao utilizar. Ao lado dancama nao javia fichas para carregarnos telemóveis. Para um hotel de 5 estrelas esperava muito mais.

Muy buena ubicación y buen desayuno buffet

Cons:

Muy malo el agua caliente de la ducha: pasaba de agua fría a agua muy caliente en forma repetida, imposible de ducharse cómodamente. El hotel tiene un problema con el sistema de agua caliente que no han solucionado. Al reclamar se hicieron los desentendidos, pero plenamente enterados de la situación. Sistema de telefonía interna sin funcionar.

Kahvaltısı kaliteliydi; az ve öz çeşit vardı. Her türlü beklentiyi karşılıyordu.

Cons:

Oda çok şık, yeni nesildi. Adı gibi füzyon bir yaklaşımla dekore edilmişti, fakat çok ergonomik değildi: eşyalarımızı koyacak, rahatça yerleşecek alan daha fazla olabilirdi. Yine de şık ve ferahtı..

Cons:

Bruit insupportable dans la chambre, le bar sur le toit etait au dessus de notre chambre et le bloc de climatisation juste a côté.
Après un changement de chambre avec supplément, la 2 ème chambre ne possédait pas de placard ni de poubelle...ménage fait tardivement...
Ce n est absolument pas un hotel 5 étoiles.
