Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die zentrale Lage des Hotels. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer war außerdem sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Leider war es nachts sehr laut. Direkt neben unserem Zimmer befand sich ein Abstellraum für Reinigungsmittel und Geräte. In zwei Nächten waren dort spät noch deutliche Arbeitsgeräusche zu hören; gegen 0:40 Uhr lief sogar eine Waschmaschine im Schleudergang. Dadurch konnten wir nicht einschlafen beziehungsweise wurden geweckt.

Auch der Poolbereich könnte gemütlicher und einladender gestaltet werden. Der Pool wirkt auf den Fotos deutlich größer als vor Ort. Insgesamt hätten wir bei diesem Preis ein etwas schöner gestaltetes Ambiente erwartet.

Great location, great breakfast, and most staff very helpful

Cons:

We had a leak in the ceiling of our room that was dripping water directly onto the bed. When we spoke to them they were really dismissive and we had to ring a few times to get someone to look at it for us. We also told them we couldn’t stay in that room that night as the bed was getting wet, they responded that the hotel was fully booked. Eventually a very helpful man came up and said he would move us immediately and help take our case to a new room. However, the new room was a worse level of room than our original room, which was understandable if the hotel was fully booked. However when we raised this they said there was nothing they could do and they offered no kind of compensation or gesture of good will. We understood the leak was unexpected, and no other rooms were available but the staff were pretty dismissive and should really have done something to acknowledge we were downgraded from the room we were paying for.

mooie lokatie maar voor ons absoluut geen 5-sterren hotel.
Pros:

De locatie is echt fantastich; direct in het oude centrum en langs de cathedraal gelegen.
Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam

Cons:

De kamer heeft geen 5-sterren uitstraling.
Op de kamer zijn geen kledingkasten en/of lades alleen een stang met kleerhangers.
Het hotel heeft heel veel trapjes en gevaarlijke op- en afstapjes.
Het internet is zeer slecht.
Het zwembad is erg klein
Het hotel is lastig met de auto te bereiken. wij hebben de auto geparkeerd in een parkeergarage op 10 minuten loopafstand en hebben een taxi naar het hotel genomen.
Het hotel is zeer gehorig.

Solo tenía bañera
No se puede dormir a la noche por el ruido
Había una invasión de hormigas luego de que nos cambiaron de habitación, en el baño y no pudimos entrar por algunas horas.
Pésima experiencia no recomiendo, muy mala relación precio calidad. Venden un hotel 5 estrellas y no es ni 3.
