Cons:

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war schon in die Jahre gekommen und für 417€ die Nacht einfach zu teuer. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Pros:

The location was excellent with very short walks to all the main tourist spots. The room was a reasonable size, the bed was very comfortable and generally the room was clean. Breakfast was ok but choices for something hot seemed limited and service was a bit hit and miss. The roof top terrace was a nice touch.

Cons:

There was inadequate storage space for clothes. Lighting in the bedroom was poor. The top of the bath needs a deep clean because there is black mould all around it. The shower door also needs replacing. Staff did not seem particularly friendly but this could have been a language barrier thing. We had issues with the door fobs and ended up using an old style key.J

Gorgeous stay in Seville in a beautiful hotel, perfect location.
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean, large rooms with very comfortable big bed, and the bath in our room was a bonus. Plenty of plug sockets. The rooftop bar is very nice, and there is a swimming pool and spar, although we didn’t use them.
The service is exceptional and to top it all, the hotel is in the best location, right opposite the Cathedral.
I would definitely recommend.

Cons:

The only thing is, there was no natural light, so found it difficult putting on my makeup.

Prachtige ligging - service in het hotel geen 5* waardig
Pros:

Check-in correct en vriendelijk. Vraag voor late check-out op zondag werd zondagmorgen bevestigd mits bijbetaling (geen probleem en correct)

Cons:

Ontvangst bij het ontbijt - net niet onvriendelijk - bediening had ons gezien, maar deed geen teken en liet ons gewoon wachten terwijl zij met z'n drieën verder deden en kletsten aan andere tafels. Uiteindelijk gezeten zijn we nog zelf moeten gaan vragen naar de bestelde koffie....
De wellness en verzorgingen op de website blijken op zondag niet beschikbaar en afspraak moet midden op de dag als je als toerist de stad wil bezoeken.
De fitness is uiterst beperkt. Van de 4 toestellen was het meest functionele defect. Geen matjes beschikbaar.
Geen 5* hotel waardig
