Beautiful property, lots of activity& the rooms are big and were very clean.
Loved the property, just needed another mirror in the room had only one in the bathroom. Hard for 4 people to get ready.
Very beautiful and scenic the staff was very friendly and so were the other guests
Easy to walk around, great staff
Alcoholic Drink costs were outrageous, lazy river didn’t have enough tubes and was too shallow for adults. Restaurant was lacking
The property is beautiful
Indoor pool closes when raining
Very friendly staff and love that they have activities in case you don't want to go out or experience something different. The restaurant was really good and the food and drinks were amazing.
Only one smoking station closes once the pool area closes It's not 24 hrs.
Don’t waste your money coming here! They charge for every little thing/activity for the kids compared to other resorts. It’s not even all that. Very small and strict about EVERYTHING! I had a personal size speaker at the pool super low out of respect for others to where only I could hear it and one of the workers walking around saw it and said “I need that off” first of all approaching me like that is VERY unprofessional! And if it’s low where only I can hear it and no one is complaining what is the problem?! If you want a place to relax don’t come here it’s like a prison lol then my daughter meet the height requirement “sign” display to get on one of the slides they have and after she had been down it a few times they came and tried to say she wasn’t tall enough when her head was literally touching their sign!!! They made a huge issue about it and my daughter was in tears. Then they had the audacity to say can we offer you another kid activity for the inconvenience for $25. This place is a joke! We will not be coming back here. I feel like the customer service and the way we have been treated was terrible! We stay at many resorts including the Hyatt Hill country and have NEVER been treated the way we have here! Nothing for the kids to do besides the pool, no activities they charged for s'mores kits. We will NOT be returning.
All of it. Very serene
The weather
Lazy River is fabulous!
Spacious rooms and so very clean.
Kitchen is well equipped.
Restaurant closes early at 8pm
We really enjoyed our stay at the Wild Oak Ranch. We were warmly welcomed upon check in. The concierge was excellent. We loved the Lazy River and swimming pool. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only thing we were lacking was kitchen towels.
I think they could work on the check in and check out hours... 4 pm is too late and 10 am is too early for the price of these rooms.
Hyper sympa pour les familles, piscine, rivière sauvage et toboggans au top.
Beautifully appointed rooms, great communal facilities and activity programme. Nice staff and great pool service. Food was good and served to your loungers which made for a very relaxing stay.
No complaints but for non-owners, be aware that they may offer you freebies on arrival to then get you to participate in a showround and a sales pitch for their version of timeshares.
Looked nice.
Bad communication.
two swim areas. the rooms were wonderful. cleaning supplies available.
The pictures do not compare to the actual room and the water damage it has and you can see the MOLD. The rooms are so outdated.
There were many bugs: spiders, flies, mosquitos in the room. The bathroom door made such a loud noise I thought the glass was going to break.
By the washer dryer the ac/heat was next to it and it had an open drain where the ac pipes were leaking to it and I heard a constant drip of water. Every time someone took a shower I could hear a noise in the water heater.
There is only 1 designated area to smoke, in the back of the restaurant by all the people passing through.
Do NOT recommend save your money, so many fees that the charge and try to market to you by offering incentives for you to sign up for a time share.
