Pros:

The grounds were great, activities fun, and rooms comfortable.

Cons:

One bedroom was kinda warm compared to the rest of the suite, and since hot water took a long time to heat up, we couldn't use the in room jacuzzi. Bummed since it looked great but didn't heat up.

Buyer beware!
Pros:

Rattlesnake River (800m lazy river) is the real value here. Close to Seaworld also.

Cons:

While the water features are the real draw here, the villas are also nice. Beds are comfy, water is hot, and staff is attentive even if they can't fix issues during your stay (we had no Wi-Fi during our 4 day stay). However, under NO circumstances should anyone take the "presentation/tour" option. It's a scam that will cost you tens of thousands of dollars you will not recover without legal representation (and you won't get even half of that back). Trust me, just pay the crazy cost to stay and don't take the "presentation/tour". You have been warned!

Beautiful property, facilities, landscaping, rooms, furniture, decor

Cons:

Only one smoking area on the entire property and far away from rooms. Seems like you should be able to go to grilling area.

Will never come here again.
Pros:

The property itself is nice but the way we were treated was unacceptable.

Cons:

The staff allowed a group of people to cause issues several nights they were there. EMS was called on these people, they harassed us and WE DID NOT FEEL SAFE… THE PROPERTY DID NOTHING!

Pros:

Beautiful facility. We were there for our Anniversary. It's a family oriented resort. Not too much to do for couples. But we truly enjoyed it. We will definitely come back with our family.

Spacious apartments and nice facilities
Pros:

Nice and spacious apartments that has everything you need for a pleasant and laid back stay. Great pool area with slides and the lazy river was fun too. Not crowded at all, always possible to find a place to sit. Staff was friendly and there were plenty of activities.

Cons:

There is only one on site dining option and it was not that good and a bit overpriced.

Avoid this trap.
Pros:

Avoid. Deceptive booking practices. Zero customer service. Restaurant running out of food throughout stay. Overpriced food and drinks. Manager would not return my calls. Pools waters not clean. No security on grounds so cars are exposed to vandalism. A terrible experience and no one will even call me back to work with me.
