J ai passé presque 20 jour.. franchement , très très bonne note
Pros:

Propreté , personnel très gentil et à disposition, chambre spacieuse

Cons:

La seule note , que ça reste personnelle, vu la nature de mon travaille, je suis cuisinier , est l odeur de cuisine dans les étage , qui bien sûr ça revient à la possibilité des hôtes d utiliser la cuisine dans la chambre .. ou depuis la salle restaurant même si je suis pas sur .

Nothing, because They changed themselves completely . I am coming to this Hotel since 10 years but this time i am very disappointed .

Cons:

Rude people at Reception , rude Girl at Bar and if you ask them to give you water and they reply they can not . Unfortunate but very low level of Human being . No one came today to clean my room and water was not provided although i told the Senegal lady at reception . Manager lady was rude as well . Myself and 3 other Friends booked 4 rooms here . But now we will Never book again . I am UN 🇺🇳 Diplomat and such respectless behaviour ! Just Horrible . Now i know why french Situation in Country getting worse day by day .

All excellent scores, highly recommend!
Pros:

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Location is great, close to Geneva and Geneva Airport. The rooms are large and have a very well equipped kitchenette. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Coffee capsules and still bottled water have been provided during our stay. The room has been cleaned regularly. When we wake up we heard the birds singing, it was very calm.

Un soggiorno gradevole e sopra le aspettative
Pros:

Il personale dell'albergo, gentile e sempre disponibile.
La stanza silenziosa e molto grande, di facile mobilità per una persona in sedia a rotelle.
La colazione ricca di scelte e buona. Il bistrot (un po' caro, ma) di buona qualità.
La grande facilità a raggiungere le organizzazioni internazionali con gli autobus 60 e 61.

Cons:

Andava tutto abbastanza bene.
Per facilitare la vita alle persone a mobilità ridotta, sarebbe meglio che anche in Francia (come in Belgio, Svizzera ed Italia) nel wc e nella doccia siano sempre presenti due sostegni e non uno soltanto.
Un'altra piccola cosa: per ottenere lo shampoo della doccia (che è fissato alla parete) occorre utilizzare entrambe le mani, ma questo è impossibile per un disabile seduto nella doccia senza il rischio di cadere. Suggerirei di avvicinare il dispenser alla sedia della doccia perché sia fruibile (o aggiungere delle bustine di shampoo nelle stanze adattate per le persone disabili.
