Excelente hotel, gran relación precio calidad.
Pros:

El hotel está en un ubicación inmejorable, cerca del metro y de la puerta de Toledo. La habitación es amplia y muy cómoda. Excelentes camas, buen tamaño de televisión, un baño muy cómodo también.

Cons:

El solárium y la pileta tienen un aforo pequeño.

Great value, loved the pool
Pros:

Great location, ten minutes walk to Plaza Mayor. The rooftop pool was lovely, great to cool off. Staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, air con in the room worked well. The shower was great. Cleaners came in daily.

Cons:

Pool didn’t open until 12 which was very late

It was our first time in Madrid so it was very important for us to be close to the city centre and to have nearby metro station so that we could visit other parts of the city. We walked practically everywhere except when we went to the BTS concert at Atletico Stadium, we used metro then. Beds are very comfy so we had good nights sleep :) The staff were very welcoming from the minute we walked inside the hotel. Will definitely stay again in this hotel when we come to Madrid!

Staff, posizione, colazione, camere era tutto perfetto 👍 ho comprato anche il tour per Toledo ed anche questo ci ha moooolto soddisfatto... Grazie davvero... Altra cosa IMPORTANTE... FINALMENTE I CUSCINI COMODI!!!

What a gem in Madrid. Location is fantastic, staff are super friendly. Room was modern, bright and air conditioned. The lifts were all in working order and we were able to leave our luggage before check in. The pool was small but good for a dip after a very hot day exploring. There was a fridge in the room with water bottles plus tea and coffee making facilities.
