Pros:

Nous avons réservé une nuit d'hôtel avec mon conjoint tout était incroyable, l'équipe était aux petits soins le cadre était magnifique, la chambre était très propre et très agréable, au calme ... La piscine et les cocktails divins resteront dans nos mémoires. J'insiste sur le personnel du bar qui nous tutoie et nous donne l'impression de rentrer chez nous à chaque instant.

Cons:

Cela ne dépend pas de l'hôtel mais nous avons moins apprécié le fait que les gens, les clients de l'hôtel réservent leurs transat dès 7h du matin...

Bel établissement, petite déjeuner splendide et bon service c'est vraiment un très bel hôtel.
Certaines chambres sont plus récentes que d'autres.

Definitely worth staying, but be aware of events where outside guests may take priority
Pros:

The restaurant Zamana was exceptional quality for dinner and breakfast with lunch being slightly less good. The staff were amazing at this restaurant, always helpful, friendly and happy to chat and provide excellent levels of service, The in-house Osteopath - William - was fantastic. Truly knowledgable, kind and really helped me with some fitness injuries that had been bothering me - a massive thank you to him.

Cons:

Reception staff were a little hostile and not the friendliest which is important given they provide the very first impressions. The Tipsy bar was great, yet only ever just one person making drinks for the restaurant, poolside and the bar itself and so the wait was often very long and the staff there were also a little short and not the friendliest with one or two notable exceptions.

The hotel also caters to outside guests, and so on special days, like Father's Day for example, hotel guests were often left without being able to eat lunch or dinner at the bistro where a priority was placed on external visitors, leaving guests left out with little to no options and while this was compensated minimally, it left a poor impression.

Spa was amazing but the treatment I had requested and booked was unavailable and I was only made aware while I was in there undressing.
