We loved our stay at the hotel. Great ambience and staff.
Pros:

Very charming hotel with an excellent restaurant and service.

Cons:

The staircase to the bedroom in our suite was very steep, but otherwise the suite was top notch.

Pros:

Welcoming and ongoing service from staff are outstanding.
Suite has good size, split on two levels. Bed and pillows extremely comfortable for good sleep.
Private backyard with spa very appreciated.
Quiet location, away from road noises.

Cons:

Toilet not on same level as bedroom.

Pros:

Le personnel est très à l'écoute et adorable, l'équipe essaie de tout faire pour que le séjour soit parfait. Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec beaucoup de choix et à la demande des plats spécifique aux allergies. Le restaurant ainsi que le bar font d'excellents cocktails et les plats sont très bons. La chambre était spacieuse et à proximité du parking. La piscine était toujours très propre.

Cons:

La chambre était bien, mais très sombre. Très bruyant avec le vent et la pluie sur le toit. Il manquait une activité au bar (billard ou autre) qui a été enlevé

je recommande vraiment cet hôtel, un endroit magnifique, une piscine, superbe, un personnel vraiment souriant et aux pet
Pros:

le restaurant avec chaque soir des plats succulent est très bien préparé, la piscine très calme avec une bonne petite ambiance et les cocktails du bar vraiment au top, le personnage est vraiment au petit soin.

Hôtel agréable. Très bon accueil avec cadeau de bienvenue. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est copieux et diversifié. L'équipe du bar est très agréable, courtoise notamment la responsable, leurs cocktails et repas sont au top. Un séjour que nous n'oublierons pas.

Personnel charmant, aux petits soins. Belle végétation dans un beau parc. Piscine et espaces de restauration agréables et plaisants......Bons et copieux petits déjeuners
Et les Ti'punchs...

Cons:

Il est connu qu'en Guadeloupe tout est cher (+50% par rapport à la métropole) ....mais le restaurant du Relais est beaucoup trop cher
Les enfants de moins de 14 ans ne sont pas acceptés comme résidents....Réservé aux vieux....
