Conforto das camas. Limpeza. Chuveiro com água bem quente e abundante.
Não tem frigobar no quarto, e somente fornecem 2 garrafas pequenas de água gratuita no primeiro dia.
Café da manhã voltado a colombiano. Como hotel deveria ter mais variedade para o público estrangeiro. Não estamos acostumados a comer arroz, feijão e sopa no cafe da manhã. Mas no geral o café da manhã é farto.
El hotel esta una buena zona, fue conveniente para lo que requería hacer en la ciudad.
El personal es amable en la recepción y en el area del desayuno.
Cuando llegue la habitación tenia muy mal olor, dudo que las sabanas hayan sido cambiadas del huésped anterior, nada olía a limpio. el baño también estaba muy sucio, la ducha, todo era muy desagradable.
las cortinas de un lado no cerraban, en el otro lado no habían, entra mucha luz a la habitación.
El desayuno no es muy bueno.
Located in a safe neighborhood some staff are super nice people like Juan in the front desk.
No WiFi in our room, you have to deal with super annoying traffic even with the windows closed.. clean rooms but tv and other stuff in the room is outdated… I really expected much more from this hotel.. somehow it was disappointing.. some of the staff is very nice people and other are just like doing their job.. for being a pricey hotel it should be more top notch.. there is better options then this one.

El desayuno era rico y variaba todos los días, en ciertas cosas, aunque algunas siempre eran las mismas.
Al desayunito le faltaba más variedad de dulces, pero en general estuvo muy bien, con huevo, sopa, pancito, frutas.
Las instalaciones eran un poco antiguas pero no tuvimos ningún problema con ello.
Todo estaba súper limpio, cómodo, el personal fue súper amigable.
