Me trató muy mal una señora de nombre Andrea Sediel, es una grosera, altanera y prepotente, me llamó mentirosa cuando la mentirosa fue ella levantándome calumnias inventadas por ellas, eso es intolerable de un personal de un hotel y a ella hace dos meses le presenté un problema de una estadía que debía cambiar fecha y fue incapaz de poder apoyarme, todo muy bien en el hotel a excepción de esa señora , yo como dueño de hotel no la tendría al mando por ser incompetente y malcriada con los huéspedes , necesito una disculpa por parte del hotel después del mal momento que esta señora me hizo pasar enfrente de varios huéspedes. Yo jamás me he quedado de nadie , pero ella le quita prestigio al hotel
