Pros:

La animación del hotel y la comida

Cons:

No había nunca tumbonas en la piscina, la gente deja las toallas antes de ir a la piscina a primera hora, era todo incluido pero había cosas que no estaban incluidas, el precio de las tumbonas en la playa creo que es un detalle que podrían quitar ya que no es una playa donde haya tanta gente y hay muy pocas tumbonas.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt an einem wunderschönen Strand. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am meisten hat uns das vielseitige und sehr leckere Essen überzeugt.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit in der Hotelanlage könnte etwas besser sein.

La ubicación, una playa preciosa. El personal de 10.. la comida muy bien. El chiringuito de la playa, sea soul, una comida espectacular.

Cons:

Que cobren el agua filtrada en la cena es de juzgado de guardia cuando durante el día hay máquinas expendedoras de la misma y no tiene coste alguno. Es un detalle feo feo que desmerece y contrasta con el resto de servicios del resort.

Muy agradable
Pros:

Las comidas muy bien, la pulsera. Me felicitaron el cumpleaños. La piscina tranquila estaba muy bien, el acceso a la playa, la atención de la mayoría de los empleados. Sin duda el paseo a la playa lo mejor.

Cons:

Tuve una quemadura con sus instalaciones y no me atendieron. Lo intenté hablando con 3 empleados y al final me tuve que ir a una farmacia de guardia. El vino tinto no lo enfrían, no sé si por órdenes superiores o que, y encima se ponen chulos si les preguntas porque. Me gustaría q las piscinas de adultos también tuvieran algún chorro, rampa o algún tipo de entretenimiento, no todo para niños. Tienen problemas con el aire acondicionado en las estancias del hotel. No me gustan que los pájaros revoloteen por el comedor y los gatos.

Un buenísimo hotel para pasar unas vacaciones muy agradables y disfrutarlas al máximo.
Pros:

Todo muy bien, es un hotel que siempre cumple con las expectativas. Elegimos la opcion de todo incluido y todo muy bien. Las piscinas muy bien, tiene dos, una con mas niños y la otra donde nos bañábamos nosotros supertranquila. Aunque la gente tiene la mala costumbre de reservar las hamacas e irse todo el dia por ahi, siempre encontrábamos algun sitio. En general todo perfecto. El personal es superatento, toda la gente te trata con muchísima amabilidad y siempre estan a tu disposición. Tiene una zona que es el Star Cafe en el que puedes tomar un cafe y un tentempié, a nosotros nos atendió varias veces Maica y superamable siempre y muy atenta.

3rd visit to this hotel and would recommend it if you like long walks on beach, great sunsets and relaxing
Pros:

Location - cater for older and young couples with children. You are able to go to quiet pool. Most staff are pleasant and helpful. Food very good.

Cons:

Think it would be nice to have teas and coffees in room. Maybe soft drinks beside water could be available to everyone at specific times like dinner.

Excellent Hotel with a Parking Drawback
Pros:

Everything at the hotel is great! It's perfect for kids, and having two separate pool areas is a nice touch, one can be more relaxing while the other is ideal for families.

Cons:

Parking at the hotel is expensive, costing €30 per night. The price has increased now that parking outside the hotel also requires payment. Be aware of this and make sure you understand all the parking rules and requirements before you arrive.

Unfortunately, several people in our group received fines despite providing the correct details on the app. There was no clear way to contact anyone to dispute the fines, which was frustrating. The hotel staff could be more helpful by providing clearer information and guidance about the parking system to help guests avoid these issues.

Pros:

A infraestrutura do hotel no geral, piscinas com diferentes conceitos (uma mais afastada para quem pretende descansar em silêncio, uma principal com bastante produndidade, uma como grabde destaque para as crianças brincarem e uma para bebés). Acesso fácil à praia com uma boa orientação para o pôr do sol.
Buffet bastante variado em todas as refeições.

Cons:

O atendimento pouco caloroso dos funcionários na receção. A sensação foi de uma falsa simpatia no Check-In e de um desprezo aquando do check-out. Sempre que precisámos de informações, não sentimos recetividade para obter respostas.

O estacionamento privado do hotel com o valor de 30€/dia é um convite para se estacionar fora do mesmo (e o próprio hotel assim o recomenda com uma aplicação onde se paga 20€/semana)
