El personal lo mejor del hotel. Tanto la gente del comedor, como los de animación. Destacaría de verdad la gente, increíble lo amables que fueron. En el restaurante Manolete había una mujer que la persona más amable del mundo!

UN SITIO AL QUE VOLVER
Pros:

A parte de la ubicación y la amabilidad y profesionalidad de todo el personal, otra cosa que nos gustó y no es nada habitual fue el club Kangaroo, un espacio donde hacían actividades los más pequeños (de 0 a 3 años) nuestra peque estaba encantada de pasar un ratito cada día con su profe Arantxa y sus nuevos amiguitos. Muchas gracias por pensar en ellos.

Cons:

Que las piscinas de los toboganes y chorritos cerrase a las 19:00, nos pareció muy pronto.

La limpieza de las habitaciones es mejorable. La medida pensión debería tener la bebida de la cena incluida. La animación bien, pero mejorable!

El hotel nos encanta, a destacar la amabilidad de todo el personal, la ubicación y vistas espectaculares. La animación inmejorable. El buffet de los mejores que he probado, gran variedad y rico rico.

Cons:

Este año me ha defraudado un poco que no tenga disponibilidad ni de coca cola 0/0 y la máquina de los smothies del pool bar estropeada toda la semana, reduciendo así bastante la carta para muchos de sus clientes.
La piscina infantil cierra a las 7 de la tarde pero cortan el agua de los toboganes a las 6, en plena tarde de verano.

Que haya que pagar suplemento de 8€ por persona si cambias la cena por el almuerzo. Dicen que a medio día solo hay clientes de todo incluido pero si cono es mi caso, sólo bebes agua no me sale a cuenta y no dan opción a pagar solo por lo que bebes.

Excelente hotel para volver el próximo año.
Pros:

Excelente alojamiento, en primera línea de playa La Barrosa, con excelentes instalaciones, nuevas y súper cuidadas, muy buen buffet con comida de primera calidad y muy variada, animación para niños todo el día y muy variada, por la noche música en vivo, cuenta mínimo 5 piscinas, dos de ellas para niños.

Comfortable and relaxing.
Pros:

The room is spacious and very clean. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

The parking is expensive and is a separate cost. If you park along the road outside the hotel it is NOT straight forward and I got a parking fine as well as many other guests. This is a deterrent as I spent a lot of time dealing with the parking issue as well did many other guests who had also got a fine.

Une semaine parfaite en famille
Pros:

Magnifique hôtel très récent, semaine en demi-pension parfaite, le buffet est exceptionnel, varié et frais, différent chaque jour. Les piscines sont très belles, une avec toboggan super pour les petits. Les activités proposées sont amusantes et variées (danse, sport, activités manuelles). Chambres confortables. Personnel très souriant et attentionné. Bord de plage très agréable.

Cons:

Parking de l’hôtel cher (35€ par jour) mais possibilité de se garer dans la rue (20€ la semaine)
