El trato del personal en todas las áreas es excelente. Quiero destacar a M. Carmen y Silvia en los restaurantes y a Chari en la limpieza de la habitación.
El precio del parking es excesivo.

Es un hotel bastante grande. Dos piscinas, habitaciones bien insonorizadas, muy tranquilo por la noche. Buen acceso a la playa, buenas vistas, buffet muy variado y con cosas muy ricas y de calidad. Todos los trabajadores son encantadores desde restaurante, limpieza, recepción… maravillosos todos.
Teníamos algunas hormigas en la habitación. Lo peor de todo, como cuando hay buffet, es la gente

La comida y la cantidad de actividades para niños que había.
No me gustan los hoteles con "todo incluido" donde está CASI todo incluido. Sobretodo cuando no lo especifican. Si lo dejaran claro antes de la reserva pues lo entendería.

I’m going to start this review at 5/5 and deduct points as I go, because I think that’s the fairest way to explain our experience.

Service: no points deducted
The service is impeccable. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming and genuinely kind. They were also incredibly sweet with our baby, which we really appreciated. I honestly can’t fault the staff at all.

Our room was a little small, particularly when travelling with a baby, but my bigger issue was that it wasn’t particularly baby-friendly. Plug sockets are accessible, so you need to keep a constant eye on curious little hands.
The bathroom design is also bizarre. Instead of a normal bathroom door, there’s a door that swings open and closed but doesn’t extend fully to the ceiling or floor. There’s no lock and it’s very easy to simply push open, which, as anyone with a toddler will know, they absolutely love to do.
It also means there’s very little privacy and, unfortunately, bathroom smells have a tendency to permeate the entire room. Not ideal when you’re sharing a relatively small space with your family.

Cleanliness and maintenance: no points deducted
The hotel is exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The pools are meticulously cleaned, communal areas always look tidy, we never saw rubbish lying around and everything generally feels very well looked after.

Water: -0.25
The hotel provides refillable glass bottles rather than bottled water, with water stations around the resort. I actually like the concept, but I think housekeeping should refill the bottles when they clean the room each day. It’s surprisingly easy to get back to your room at night and realise you have no drinking water and need to head back out to find a refill station.

El personal
La habitación era muy extrecha
La comida,el acceso a la playa y las piscinas . La atención del personal.
No me gustó que a las piscinas le ponían una valla o especie de cerco para delimitarlas a las 19:00 h, siendo la hora de cierre de las mismas a las 21:00 h. Esto le quita belleza y descanso a la estancia. También hacia sentir como una especie de presión para no seguir disfrutando del espacio.
La cercanía a la playa, la piscina y la variedad en el buffet tanto a la cena como el desayuno
La ducha de nuestra habitación no regulaba la temperatura, de repente ardía y después friísimo.
El tamaño de las habitaciones es bastante limitado.
Que el sistema de buffet no tenga gestión de horas y haya acumulación de gente y colas para coger comida.
Ausencia de baños exteriores.
Precio excesivo del parking (35€), ni en Sevilla centro tienen ese precio.(26€)
