Location was wonderful staff were so friendly and breakfast was nice loved being so close to the water
Carpet was gross - shower was nasty - parking was hard with a truck even in the parking garage the pipes hit the top of our truck and there was never any spots on top very outdated
The room was clean and much larger than expected. The balcony was great, partial view of the ocean and beach, but also the rooftop of the restaurant next door. The location was perfect, just steps to the beach for sunrise walks. The free breakfast was really good and had a lot of variety.
The AC air handler filter was dated 3 years prior and the wiring for the thermostat was just hanging inside the closet where the air handler was placed. They really need to up their maintenance of the AC.

The way we were treated by the staff. Whoever answers your phone there, shouldn't be. Rude, no customer service skills.
Location directly on beach. Front staff were very friendly. Rooms were simple but adequate. Breakfast was adequate and dining area was kept very clean.
Parking garage was very cramped even with our small car. There were areas that had more room, but were always taken.
Television did not offer streaming.

I love how it is right on the beach and has the walkway and little park where I can walk my dog. I also like that there are many restaurants close by that you can walk to.

Everything! The staff were all so wonderful and the location can't be beat. The value for a beachfront hotel is extraordinary. They really made my son and his girlfriend welcomed and important. A perfect 21st birthday celebration spot.

I feel like overall it was excellent, just some small maintenance things I noticed like rust around the shower, the room door having to be pulled really hard to engage the lock, the porch door wouldn't latch from the handle so we had to consistently keep the dead bolt engaged to keep the door from opening.
The beach is amazing. Amelia Island has a beautiful state park with a three mile scenic drive showcasing the lovely Live Oaks and other marine ecosystem plants and animals. The restaurants in Fernandina Historic District are first class.
The booking was botched by Booking.com which created some unpleasantness that was resolved by the innkeeper.
The room and bathroom were very small by American standards. No place for luggage to be unpacked and put away.

The location is great. The room was comfortable and big enough and had a great ocean view.
The breakfast was not as good as it has been in the past. The $20/n parking seems a bit excessive.
Breakfast was ok. Biscuits and gravy was a nice touch but the suits did not hold together in the toaster when trying to warm them up.

The scrambled eggs appeared to be rehydrated and did not have flavor. The fruit appeared to be canned fruit, not fresh.
