Excellent location and friendly staff
Pros:

The room was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable and location was excellent. The staff were fantastic and location was perfect for walking to the pubs and restaurants.

Great place to stay , central to everything in Carrick.
Pros:

Parking and town centre location. Staff were very friendly and helpful.Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices.
The pub bistro at night was excellent value for money.

Cons:

Room was a little dated and small. Round the shower screen was a little rusty in places.

a part ce petit souci , tout etait tres bien !
Cons:

Notre chambre Numero 60 etait juste a cote de la porte anti feu , dans le couloir et bruyante de 20h30 a 10h30 et le matin a partir de 7 h !

Lovely stay and lovely town, people great in hotel and outside and we all had a great time.
Pros:

Location is excellent and the room was very spacious. We had a lovely time, Staff were excellent and so friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast is a little bit old fashioned and there was no chopped fruit left only pieces of apple in a bowl. We had a cooked breakfast it was OK. Could be better.
