Petit déjeuner assez sommaire
La clim ne fonctionnait pas, donc nuit difficile avec les chaleurs actuelles mais le personnel a été arrangeant et nous a changé de chambre la nuit suivante avec une Clim qui marchait cette fois ci.

Great hotel but booking.com was misleading.

Cons:

My issue was with booking.com and your description of the room with regards to capacity. Even though I had included details and ages of my children, booking.com had given me a room that made the assumption my 8 year old would share the double bed with myself and wife! What is the point in specifying number if people of booking.com them will suggest a room too small for you all and with not enough beds. Not clear from the booking process on your site and hotel were not able to accommodate. Booking.com sort yourselves out. Very poor.

Hotel is nice too bad management didn’t solve the problem ASAP special with this heat

The air conditioner wasn’t working so it was very uncomfortable to sleep even for the dogs 1 of my companion have a terminal illness it was extremely hot

Praticamente ci è piaciuto tutto di questa struttura. Gentilissimi alla reception, prodighi di info e consigli. Stanza arredata con grande gusto e molto in linea con l'atmosfera di Granada, spaziosa e pulita. A pochi minuti dal centro e prezzo/qualità top nel periodo scelto

Cons:

Ad essere proprio pignoli forse sarebbe preferibile un piatto doccia alla vasca e andrebbero incrementate, magari con cadenza giornaliera, le pulizia al solarium

Un bel hôtel bien centré et très pratique pour visiter

Le décor des chambres la literie très confortable et l’emplacement de l hôtel

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était un peu simple et malheureusement l’air conditionné était en panne lors de notre passage
