Indecente e terribile

L’esperienza in questa struttura è stata pessima sotto ogni punto di vista.
La camera assegnata era di bassissimo livello: sporchissima al punto da non saper dove mettere le mani, piena di polvere e puzzolente. Trascurata e per nulla conforme agli standard minimi di igiene e comfort che ci si aspetta pagando un soggiorno.
La moquette era in condizioni imbarazzanti, piena di macchie e visibilmente sporca, tanto da dare subito una sensazione di scarsa pulizia generale. Anche il letto era inaccettabile: mancava completamente il coprimaterasso e sopra il materasso c’era soltanto un lenzuolo, una situazione davvero poco igienica e per niente professionale.
L’intera stanza trasmetteva incuria e mancanza totale di attenzione verso gli ospiti. È assurdo proporre una camera del genere come sistemazione alberghiera.
Alla nostra lamentela sul perché sia il copriletto che i cuscini aggiuntivi riposti dentro l'armadio fossero senza l'imballaggio di protezione che viene messo dopo essere stati sanificati ed igienizzati (garanzia minima di igiene, anche perché così non so chi li ha utilizzati e soprattutto da quando versano in quelle condizioni) ci è stato risposto che sono "plastc free" (una scusa grande quanto tutta la Lombardia visto l'uso di plastiche anche durante la colazione, ma vabbè!).
Un consiglio però è doveroso darlo. La camera si trova all' interno del residence (e non nell' hotel principale) dove si accede da una zona retrostante in piena privacy, quest'ultima ampiamente garantita ospitando nella stessa struttura un "love motel" ad ore, pubblicizzato all' ingresso del posto.

Correct dans l’ensemble.

L’entrée la réception et les parties communes très propres et agréables.

Cons:

Passage des voitures sur les grilles extérieures à la sortie du parking vers la sortie . Passe brouillant à chaque passage de voiture claquement des grilles du sol . Les moquettes des couloirs en mauvais état et qui gondolent.
