A lovely treat to ourselves
Pros:

Location is fabulous but you need a car to get the most out of the area or pay for cabs everywhere. We always hire a car to get to close by beaches, Palma, Portal Nous and even to Bendinat centre as it's quite a walk up a steep hill. We love the gardens and the fact you can get a sun-bed every day. The pool bar is also excellent and the staff there are very friendly and do an excellent job.

Cons:

We love everything about this hotel.

Nice room & hotel grounds, poor service, poor breakfast, mediocre food, poor pool side experience.
Pros:

The room was very nice and so were the hotel grounds. The room was available for early check-in.

Cons:

The service was poor: every simple request was an uphill battle. One day my room wasn't serviced, even after I requested it. The breakfast buffet was fairly limited, and lounge chairs by the sea or pool were rarely available. Swimming in the sea was unpleasant due to murky water and heavy boat and jet ski traffic. Overall, the food quality didn't match the price level.

Good and friendly staff and authentic architecture but the services and facilities needs a big improvements

The property was a nice old school style
The view to the sea is amazing
Good taste interior

Cons:

- water keep cutting off
- air conditioning was not working properly
- the fridge in the room were not making the drink cold and not working properly
- the service at the pool bar very slow takes 40mins to bring your order
-the food quality in both restaurant and pool bar is very low for the prices
