Todo estaba bien. El personal muy atento, tuvimos un pequeño problema en nuestra habitación y se solucionó en cuestión de minutos. Buena limpieza y la habitación bastante cómoda.

Cons:

La ubicación es un poco apartada del centro, pero como tiene buenas conexiones no es mayor problema.

The staff were more than friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome.
Excellent location for the O2 and travelling into Central London.

Cons:

The beds were quite soft and the pillows were really soft.
It would've been good to have more breakfast options - especially vegetables, more fruit and yoghurt options.

Pros:

the room was perfect size, the staff where lovely and really helpful when our key card stopped working! such a convenient location too. was quiet too considering theres a main road just outside, the soundproofing is brilliant!

Cons:

the breakfast wasnt very nice but the orange and apple juice was delicious

Pros:

Value for money. Location 5mins walk to tube that gets you to central London in 15mins. Area felt safe too. Bravo to cleaning staff and their efforts.

The parking could be made more secured. Front desk could be more attentive to guest needs.
