Pros:

Breakfast was very good.
Great location for the o2 just one stop on the Jubilee line.

Cons:

A/c didn't work very well too noisy to open window. Had problems with streaming on the TV but staff fixed it.

Had to wait till after 4pm for one of our rooms - but was given a drink from the bar fur our inconvenience.

Buen hotel, pero un poco alejado del centro
Pros:

Las instalaciones del hotel, es bastante moderno, la habitación está bien y está muy limpio. Si vas a un concierto al O2, lo tienes a una sola parada de tren.

Cons:

El desayuno está muy bien para adultos, pero para niños, que suelen preferir dulce, no hay muchas alternativas. Está bastante lejos del centro de Londres, no te quitan nadie la media hora de viaje.

Hotel u dopravního uzlu, velmi jednoduchá doprava do centra ( jezdí Dobledecker) i na letiště Stansted. Moc příjemný personál, skvělé snídaně, velký výběr. Příště se zase rádi ubytujeme zde

Clean room and communal areas. Good that you couldn't use the lift unless you had your pass for your room so you didn't worry about other people roaming around the hotel.

Only a quick over night stay so not much to comment on. Our room over looked a car park so not much of a view but we weren't there for the view or for long enough for it to be a problem
