Not as expected for £325 per night, disappointing, would like a partial refund actually
Pros:

Over priced, compared with price later found online, staff didn’t care about this at all, not sure if we will use booking.com again in future.

Cons:

First room smelt, so had to change, second room ok, but not great quality, bed comfy and breakfast good, plastic on the floor in hall as work men were working

Siamo arrivati in hotel al mattino e ci è stato comunicato che il check-in sarebbe stato disponibile solo dopo le 15:00. Abbiamo quindi lasciato i bagagli alla reception e siamo tornati la sera per prendere la nostra stanza.
Solo in quel momento ci è stato comunicato che l’hotel era in overbooking. Trovo inaccettabile che, nonostante avessimo già lasciato i bagagli in struttura al mattino, nessuno ci abbia avvisato della situazione, soprattutto considerando che viaggiavamo con bambini piccoli.
Dopo circa mezz'ora di attesa, siamo stati trasferiti in un altro Holiday Inn Express, decisamente più scomodo, senza che ci venisse riconosciuto alcun tipo di rimborso o compensazione.

Pros:

Beds were comfy and the room was clean

Cons:

Once The sleeper couch was opened there was very little room to move. The toilet paper holder was too close to the toilet which made movement of taller users difficult. The hangers were not installed but rather placed on the shelf above making them unusable

Comfortable beds. Good location, nice staff.
Pros:

Great location although my sat nav was not taking me to the correct address made us walk around the block not in the right direction. I tried calling the property to ask where they were and was directed back to the website. Unable to speak with a person the website was no help in this instance

Cons:

Weird how they have what looks like cling wrap all over the carpet on the walk ways. So tacky. While the breakfast had good options the fried food was oily. Juice made from concentrate and coffee not good.

Pros:

What I liked most was the breakfast, which offered a good selection and was a great start to the day. The hotel also had plenty of comfortable seating areas to relax in, both for breakfast and throughout the property. The location was another big positive, with good transport links and convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities.

Cons:

The main issue I had was finding the entrance. There is a large outdoor sign pointing towards what appears to be the main entrance, but when you follow it, there is only a paper sign stuck to the doors telling you the actual entrance is behind you. It was confusing and gave the impression that this happens regularly. It would be a simple fix to remove, cover, or update the misleading sign to make the entrance clearer for guests.

I was also surprised when a member of housekeeping knocked on our door and then opened it at around 9am while we were still in bed. We hadn’t even gone down for breakfast yet and checkout wasn’t until much later, so it felt unnecessarily early and quite intrusive. A little more care before entering occupied rooms would be appreciated.

Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel many times now & always feel welcome & safe, as a female solo traveller.
The reception staff were really happy, engaging when checking in & out.
Tyrique & Fahmida were the staff members I interacted with.
My room was clean, had enough space, work desk etc. The room was on the 4th floor & I was informed beforehand of any work being carried out at the hotel. The room faced the main road & i was surprised at how little noise there was.
The lounge/bar area had been redecorated since my last trip & what a difference this makes. Really pleasant to sit and have a drink.
Breakfast was lovely, plenty of options i felt.
The area i felt safe in aswell, i went a walk at night, previously i have ventured a couple of stops to Westfield etc. Never had any issues with safety, which is why i keep returning here.
The area is peaceful & also easy to get into the centre of london aswell.
