It’s a budget hotel like any old tired Holiday Inn you may have stayed in.

The hotel is close to airport and was conveniently located by airport. It had a good shuttle service.

For a late arrival in Narita it was an easy place to land. Wish there was a bar.

ANA Crown Plaza
Pros:

Very big hotel, check in was very good, got upgraded room, breakfast was good. Room was very big.

Cons:

No water bottle in the name of green, though in the 1st floor family mart is selling water in plastic bottle. You have to collect the shaving razor and other thongs from the front desk. In the room only one side ngle light was there, part of the room was not bright. Shampoo and body wash looks snd feel almost same, did not like. Room service food quantity is too small. One day before stayed at ANA Crown Plaza at Kyoto, mutch better, and they provided drinking water in bottle.

Close to the airport
Pros:

Breakfast was good. I love that it was included in the rate. There was a huge variety of it me to choose from and the staff was very pleasant. I am grateful for the airport shuttle and the help I received from the concierge to book my ride to another location.

Para descansar en Narita
Pros:

Todo el personal muy amable muy atentos a tus necesidades, esta muy bien comunicado con el aeropuerto con las 3 terminales, servicio gratuito de transporte, también hacia el centro comercial Aeon en Narita, es un magnifico lugar para descansar.

Cons:

Como lo usamos con mi familia previo a un vuelo, realmente fue 1 noche, me hubiera gustado quedarme más días.
