Pros:

I had an unsatisfactory experience at this hotel, which left much to be desired. The building itself was quite old, and this was particularly evident inside the hotel. The interior seemed to have been neglected over the years, contributing to an overall feeling of discomfort. The room I was assigned had a distinct musty smell, which was quite unpleasant and made it difficult to relax. To make matters worse, I discovered mould underneath the bed, which was concerning for both health and hygiene reasons. Although the towels appeared clean at first glance, they had a musty odour, likely due to the lingering scent of the room. This was disappointing, as fresh and clean towels are a basic expectation for hotel guests. The only positive aspect of this hotel was the shuttle bus service, which provided convenient transportation. However, even this was not enough to compensate for the numerous issues I encountered during my stay. Overall, my experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory, and I would not recommend it to others.

Great value, close to the airport
Pros:

I needed to relocate from my hotel in downtown Tokyo to a hotel close to the airport because of an approaching typhoon. The Crowne Plaza had availability and is a short shuttle bus ride to Narita. I was able to book on very short notice and the pricing was very reasonable. The service at the front desk was excellent and very responsive to my needs in addition to providing a late checkout. The gym is well stocked and one of the better hotel gyms I have used.

Cons:

The hotel itself is a bit aged and is very cold in appearance. Could use a makeover.

団体客が空港行きのバスに何人か遅れて自分達まで待たなきゃ行けないなら前もってそーゆー事もあるからとゆー事を知っておきたかった。時間通りを期待してこちらも予定を立てています。

Pros:

We had a great stay at ANA Crowne Plaza Narita. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth and easy after a long flight.

The free shuttle bus from Terminal 2 was convenient and easy to find, which made getting to the hotel stress-free. Having a FamilyMart convenience store located in the hotel lobby was a huge bonus, and there were also cafes and restaurants on-site, so everything we needed was available without leaving the hotel.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable—exactly what we needed after travelling. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a great option for anyone needing accommodation near Narita Airport.

No vayan a ese hotel

Que está cerca al aeropuerto y tiene bus que pasa a cada rato

Cons:

El hotel viejo, no lo han renovado, yo pedí un cuarto no fumador y me dieron un cuarto que olia bastante a cigarro, el colchón viejo y malo, si mi esposo se movia yo saltaba y el Sr que nos atendió cuando llegamos nos dijo que el desayuno era hasta las 9:30 y era mentira porque era hasta las 10am
