Otelle ilgili Hiçbirşeyi sevmedim.Olumlu hiçbir ya ları yoktu.

Odalar küçük dar fotoğraftaki modernlikden uzak ve pisdi.kahve makinesi arızalı idi hiç kullanamadık resepsiyondaki görevliye söylediğimizde kahve makinesini değiştirmedi bn anlamam dedi aşağı inip kahve içebilir dedi.berbat bir söylemi vardı.asansör son dakika arızalandı otel boyunca kullanamadık. Bavullar için hiç kimse bize yardımcı olmadı.Oysa ki mesaj atmışlardı yardımcı olacaklardı kimse ilgilenmedi.Otel kahvaltısı inanılmaz kötüydü hiçbir çeşit yoktu her gün sabah resmen aç kaldık.asansör yerine her gün merdiven kullandık. Otel odası dolabı çok dardı odaya sığamadık kullanışsız ve bakımsız bir odaydı. Verdiğimiz paranın karşılığını alamadık resimlerde göründüğünden çok farklı ucuz 3 yıldızlı bir otel kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum şiddetle kınıyorum !!!!!

Very disappointing experience. We booked a 3-night stay, but we decided to leave before completing our second day. We were assigned a room on the 5th floor with no elevator, despite traveling with young children. Climbing five flights of stairs several times a day with young children was extremely inconvenient. This information should be clearly be disclosed before guests book their stay.

I slept well in the room facing the back of the hotel. Water was available at the reception to fill in our bottles.

This is one of the most run down overpriced hotels you can stay in . Far away from everything. Avoid

This is a very Rundown hotel and its a joke for this price you pay, and it should not even have 2 stars.
Rooms where very old, and everything inside was very rundown.
Balcony door didn't close. Toilet didnt flush. No View at all and nothing like the photo they show on Booking. The Eifel tower is more then 40 min walk. No restaurants around the hotel.
The elevator was to being rebuilt but nobody was working on it!?.
You were not offered help with the luggage up the stairs
The breakfast was poor.

Cons:

The night personnel were very ignorant and tried to scam for extra city tax money.
Breakfast was just poor. For the price you pay, you don't get value. A Coca-Cola in the Reception / Simple Bar 5 euros.
There were flies everywhere, even landed in my beer.

On m’a prévenu le jour même de la réservation que l’ascenseur était hors d’usage donc je n’ai pas pu changer ma réservation sinon je perdais 440€ et nous étions au 8eme étage avec mes problèmes de genoux !!! C’était parfait 😡et l’hôtel était plein donc on a pas pu changer de chambre c’est innaceptable !!!
