Pleasant and comfortable
Pros:

It was a charming property, near the village, which made it convenient. The shuttle service and their very friendly staff

Hieno hotelli hienolla paikalla, osa henkilökunnasta pilaa hotellin maineen.
Pros:

Hotelli oli todella hienolla paikalla ja sen palvelu oli pääsääntöisesti hyvää.

Cons:

Hotellin ravintolan palvelu oli välillä huonoa. Etenkin ravintolan päällikkö oli aamupalalla todella töykeä. Tämän henkilön käytös meitä kohtaan tämän jälkeen oli järkyttävän epäkohteliasta. Vaikka asiasta hotellin johdolle mainittiin, ei asialle tehty mitään. Päällimmäisenä mieleen jää tämän yhden henkilön käytös.

Wollten uns Positano, Amalfi, Sorrent anschauen. Von da aus, alles sehr gut für Ausflüge erreichbar.

Eher altes, in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Zimmer teilweise ohne Klimaanlage 🫣

Colazione per tutti i gusti. Acqua fresca e ghiaccio sempre a disposizione. Staff ultraprofessionale e simpatico

Cons:

Vorrei solo che i cani fossero accettati in sala da pranzo. Risulta disagwvole andare e venire dalla sala alla terrazza con i piatti in mano(col cane ,la colazione si puo'fare soloin tetrazza)

Tollles Hotel mit super Aussicht, Personal Reception hat noch Potential.
Pros:

- schönes, altes Gebäude mit grossen, hellen Räumen
- Pool und Terrasse mit herrlicher Aussicht auf Vesuv und Neapel
- Shuttle-Service (mehrmals täglich) nach Sorrent
- tooles Frühstücksbuffet

Cons:

Bei einer Meinungsverschiedenheit betreffend einer Zusatznacht, zeigte sich leider einmal mehr ein bekanntes Muster: Rechtfertigung statt Empathie, Wiedergutmachungsversuch statt einfach einmal Entschuldigung.
Die junge Mitarbeiterin der Reception am Abreisetag war eine Wohltat, ehrlich und mit persönlichem Mitgefühl.

Hotelli uskomattoman kauniilla paikalla. Viereisestä kylästä löytyy kaikki tarvittava ja bussi kulkee vierestä Sorrentoon. Aamiainen oli erinomainen. Erikoiskahveista, omeleteusta sekä pannukakkulistasta erikoispisteet. Palveleva ja ystävällinen henkilökunta, varmistivat kaikin tavoin, että olimme kaikkeen tyytyväisiä! Kiitos kaikesta, viihdyttiin kovasti. 😊

séjour très très sympa
Pros:

le personnel de l'accueil (Madame Martha, le monsieur avec la queue de cheval, le jeune homme, la demoiselle de l'accueil qui est italo-française)
le petit déjeuner était sain, et varié (le personnel était très gentil)
la piscine était très bien, de bonne taille, et les serviettes sont fournis (et sont propres!)

le lit était un acouplage de 2 lits une place, et il y'avait un creux désagréable au centre
la première chambre que j'avais eut était loin et excentré et au 2 eme étage, relativement haut
la chambre aussi était pas très grande
mais j'avais été surclassé, le prix que j'avais payé correspondait au niveau de la chambre
toutefois, Madame Martha a eut la gentillesse de me changer ma chambre et ce fut beaucoup plus agréable
