Spend a little more for a bigger room here and it’s a great stay.
Pros:

We wanted to be by Gare de Lyon and it was only 2 blocks away. The metro is at Gare de Lyon so it’s convenient to get around Paris. The area is less touristy than other areas of Paris. The room was quiet. We did get a deluxe king room for the extra space and that was nice albeit at a cost. The breakfast buffet while expensive was very nice.

Cons:

My wife didn’t like the smell of the cleaning products they used to clean the room. The scrambled eggs they served in the breakfast buffet had a strange texture and taste to them. The shower area was a little small and water tended to get out onto the floor. As opposed to other areas of Paris, the restaurant selection near the hotel is limited.
