Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay again
Pros:

Location was perfect. Staff amazing. Especially in 1913 bar. 40 Euro three course meal deal was excellent value.

Cons:

Only one hopefully constructive thing is bath could do with having a grab rail.

Pros:

フロントの方がとても気さくでユーモアがあり、到着したときからリラックスして過ごすことができました！

朝食はシンプルな内容でしたが、チーズやハム、パン、フルーツなど、どれもとても美味しく、ゆっくりと朝の時間を楽しむことができました。

バスタブがあったのも嬉しく、旅の疲れをゆっくり癒すことができました。

また、人数変更のため翌日は別の部屋へ移動する予定でしたが、一旦チェックアウトが必要な中、できるだけギリギリまで同じ部屋で過ごせるよう親切に対応していただき、とても助かりました。

最終的には別の部屋へ移動することになりましたが、こちらの希望に寄り添って柔軟に対応していただき、ありがとうございました。

とても居心地のよい滞在になりました。

L'emplacement est top. Les personnes de l'accueil très sympas. La literie est très agréable.

Cons:

Sur le descriptifs les chambres paraissait plus spacieuses. On entendait énormément la.chambre au-dessus très désagréable. Salle de bain très petite. En lisant les avis le petit dej avait l'air très copieux et j'ai pas trouvé qu'il y avait beaucoup de choix. Beaucoup de salés mais pas de sucrés.

Pros:

Au départ la proximité avec la gare de Lyon.
Ensuite l'accueil et l'amabilité de tout le personnel étaient remarquables.
La chambre était au top. Un seul bémol : la clim était un peu forte et du coup il faisait trop frais.
Mais c'était vraiment très bien
