Aberration of a standard hotel
Pros:

The hotel over is very poor in terms of everything. There was only 1 small towel in the room, the TV channels was only speaking French despite subtitling, the internet WiFi was completely horrible.
The breakfast was nothing but a mess.

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour une nuit, proximité avec CDG, mais la prochaine fois nous irons déjeuner en face !

Hotel accueillant malgré son équipement un peu vieillissant
Pros:

L'emplacement est bien par rapport à CDG très bien pour une nuit en arrivant d'un vol international. Le flipper Foo Fighters fqns le hall d'entrée a fait le bonheur de mon fils (et son papa :)

Hôtel un peu vieillissant, certaines lumières ne fonctionnaient pas

Bien situé mais un canapé-lit à la place du second lit-double annoncé, bof.
Pros:

Le lit principal était confortable ; draps de qualité.
On peut marcher jusqu'à une rue de la petite ville de Roissy avec de petits restos du coin.

Cons:

Alors qu'on a réservé une chambre familiale avec deux lits doubles (précisé dans l'offre en mot et en image), le 2e lit double était en fait un canapé lit ; dont le mecanisme est difficile à nettoyer j'imagine, donc poussiéreux = allergies.

Cons:

Nous avons été extrêmement déçus par l’accueil au restaurant de l’hôtel. En arrivant vers 22h03 pour simplement demander si nous pouvions encore être servis ou obtenir une commande à emporter, une employée — dame d’un certain âge, cheveux gris attachés, portant des lunettes — s’est dirigée vers nous en criant et en nous ordonnant de sortir de manière agressive.

Ce comportement a été choquant et totalement inacceptable, surtout en présence de nos deux enfants de moins de 12 ans, qui ont été très perturbés. Un minimum de respect et de professionnalisme aurait suffi pour nous informer calmement que le restaurant était fermé.

Nous avons signalé l’incident à un autre employé, qui a été poli, mais aucune mesure n’a été prise pour reconnaître le comportement de cette personne ni pour compenser le préjudice subi.
Cette expérience a fortement entaché notre séjour, et ne reflète pas du tout le niveau de service attendu dans un hôtel de cette catégorie.

J'ai payé le prix fort pour un hôtel qui ne valait que 2 étoiles !

Cons:

Le manque de propreté dans les chambres, le linge était sale, il n'y avait pas de réserve de papier toilette. Le personnel de la réception nous a donné de fausses informations concernant le repas du soir. La nourriture du restaurant n'était pas fameuse. La partie censée être chaude au petit déjeuner était froide. Le couloir des chambres était clairement en rénovation et donc pas accueillant.
