Sem ar condicionado, a limpeza não era bem feita sempre deixavam lixo não recolhiam! A máquina de comida estragada, o elevador só funcionava um e sempre fazia fila para subir!

Ottima posizione per il bellissimo quartiere della Villette
Pros:

Posizione ideale per chi, come noi ,ha un concerto alla Villette. Facilmente raggiungibile dall’aeroporto per la vicinanza alla linea della metro e quindi e’ facile anche raggiungere fede il centro della città. Camera accogliente, pulita e silenziosa nonostante fosse prospiciente la strada , bagno recentemente ristrutturato

Die Lage zum Zenith. Wir waren für ein Konzert dort und konnten vom Hotel bis zur Konzerthalle laufen. An der Strasse waren genügend Lokale wo man was essen konnte. Das Zimmer war sehr gross und wenn die Klimaanlage funktioniert hätte, wäre ich zufrieden gewesen.Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Wer es ruhig haben will, Zimmer zur Rückseite buchen.

Cons:

Wir waren im Sommer dort, wo es sehr heiss war. Gottseidank war die erste grosse Hitzewelle bereits vorbei.
Nachdem wir eingecheckt hatten, bekamen wir gesagt, das die Klimaanlage auf den Zimmern ausgefallen war. Stattdessen standen 2 Ventilatoren dort. Angeblich hätte uns Booking.Com informiert, war aber nicht so.
Somit war es in den Zimmern sehr stickig
Ich hatte das Glück ein Zimmer zur Rückseite bekommen zu haben und konnte nachts die Fenster aufmachen. Meine Freunde hatten ein Zimmer zur Strassenseite und haben die Nacht kaum ein Auge zugemacht. Das Hotel liegt an einer gut befahrenen Strasse.
Das Personal am Empfang war stellenweise überfordert, aber sehr bemüht.

Hotel amb moltes espectatives però molt decebuts.

La única cosa que ens va agradar va ser el tracte amb el servei.

Cons:

Hotel de 4 estrelles que no correspon ni a 2... Arribem i no hi havia aire acondicionat, estava avariat des de feia 2 mesos!! ens donen un aparell d'aire però feia tan soroll que no es podia obrir. l'habitació molt malament, pareds brutes, moqueta amb taques per a tot arreu, banyera esquerdada, varem tenir una bossa (sac) enorme d'escombraries al passadís amb escombraries del lavabo! no ho varen treure fins l'endemà. L'esmorzar força limitat i amb abelles voltant la mel i la melmelada..
En resum, un hotel per a no tornar.

Personnel dans l'ensemble Très sympathique et réactif...

Cons:

La carte magnétique beuguait quasi à chaque fois qu'on voulait retourner dans la chambre...
La chambre aurait pu être magnifique si elle était pas aussi "vieillotte" (papier du placard qui se décolle, moquette très tachée, traînées blanches d'usure sur la peinture murale,clim en panne et pas remplacé par un ventilateur malgré notre demande,un ascenseur sur 2 qui fonctionnait et très très long à avoir au moment de l'entretien des chambres car certains employés le "squatter" pour jouer sur leurs téléphones avec les écouteurs sur les oreilles...)

Si vous voulez dormir n’accepter pas une chambre côté rue.

L’emplacement à côté de Zénith

Le service: j’ai annoncé à la réception que une fenêtre dans la chambre ne se ferme pas. On m’a assuré que quelqu’un allait régler le problème… personne n’est venu et comme la chambre donne sur la route, j’ai pas pu dormir: sirène, bruit de la circulation…
Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, c’est pas normal d’avoir la porte de la chambre et de la salle de bain qui grincent tellement fort
Même pas une bouteille d’eau dans la chambre.

櫃台接洽人員和善，寄放物品很快就登記放好，房間空間滿大的，有浴缸，房內小茶几很好用，給的六樓視野很好。

Cons:

漱口與飲水都只提共紙杯，咖啡包沒附攪拌棒或湯匙，床鋪上有黃色不知何物的碎屑，彈簧床下緣外露撞到腳，地毯有濕濕的感覺，窗簾不太順暢，門鎖沒有內側扣。

Le personnel a été très agréable. La literie est bonne.

Cons:

Le restaurant n'est pas tellement bon. Les cartes pour les chambres ne marchent pas bien. Pas de clim. Un ascenseur en panne.

I will not stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

I liked the check in and the staff in the front desk during the day were great and very accommodating. The evening staff on the other hand were not accommodating at all but the night staff were great as well.

Cons:

There was blood stains on the sheets. The bathtub wasn’t clean and when I called to change the sheets the lady in the front desk said that wasn’t a possibility because the cleaning staff had left for the day.
