Pros:

Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Vom Anfang bis zum Ende, war irgendwie der "Wurm" drin. Beim Einchecken gab es keine Information, man musste sich alles erfragen. Am Zimmer kann man dann einen QR Code scannen, muss aber alle Daten wieder eingeben, um zu Infos zu gelangen. Das Abendessen ist ausbaufähig, es gab beim Buffet kein vegetarisches bzw. veganes Gericht. Es gab auch keine Säfte ohne Kohlensäure. Es gab Paare, die warteten auf das Menügericht, weil Ihnen niemand sagte, dass es Buffet gibt. Es sind viele ältere Menschen in dem Hotel und die wissen eine persönliche Anrede sehr zu schätzen. Die Stimmung unterm Personal ist auch nicht prickelnd, besonders am Abend konnte man das deutlich "hören". In der Bar am Abend haben wir fast eine Stunde auf Getränke gewartet. Der Service war überfordert. Frühstück war gut. Ich muss ehrlich sagen, ich brauche keinen Luxus, aber wenn ich - auf Grund eines Geburtstagsgeschenkes extra ein "Grandhotel" buche, dann zahle ich einen Preis, den dieses Hotel in keinster Weise wert ist.

Erholsam, prima für Golfurlaub

Very nice hotel, great breakfast, and super golf deals.
Pros:

The suite on the 3rd floor was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was very, very good, especially on the days the omelet bar was running (only a couple days, unfortunately.). Parking was in the basement garage and easy to access and protected the car. The golf deals (20% off to 5 local courses) were very good as well. Overall, a nice, comfortable stay, except for the temperature of the room (see below). The walkable square behind the hotel was nice, with a couple independent restaurants, cafes, and stores to choose from.

Cons:

The room (and probably the entire hotel) has no air conditioning and the current heat wave made the room on the top floor almost unsleepable. We were give a fan, but that wasn’t enough. When I later asked for another fan, the front desk was able to send up an actual portable air conditioner! After that the bedroom was comfortable. I know it is common practice, but charging for parking (12.50E/night) is disappointing.

Great for its price as this price in Munich usually gets you a small room without pool, therme and suana facilities

A good value, breakfast was good, Sauna was nice (p.s sauna is clothes free it was not for me but was nice) the hotel has its own pool and mini therme in basement its good to relax there. also you can go to larger therme just beside the hotel (for additional fee)

Cons:

We got an upgrade to First class room by booking.com but i am surprised there was just a water bottle in the room, no complimentary coffee bar. Maybe thats just a thing in the German hotels idk
