Sehr schönes Design der Möbel mit Fassdauben. Super Frühstück, super hilfsbereites Personal. Ein riesiges Hotel/kongresszentrum, das sich doch nicht so groß anfühlt.
Jacuzzis bath huge bedroom with dining area and balcony food was amazing in Michelin star restaurant met some lovely Americans from Boston USA spotlessly clean throughout
Lacked a little atmosphere in the reception bar at night ie sone live music would have been great given number of pianos there - albeit did have live jazz at breakfast

A friendly welcome and efficient check in; plenty of good parking; great wine choices in the bar; wide choice at breakfast.
I’m torn about this; there’s loads right about this hotel but… the layout is confusing at first and inconvenient when you find your way around; air conditioning in my room didn’t work (or was so weak it might as well not have) and then to have to pay for a cold bottle of water in 26C was annoying; the bed was made with a sheet covered by a sort of thick counterpane/duvet thing that did not have a removable cover, perhaps it’s changed and laundered between guests but I doubt it, which means that when you kick off the sheet in your sleep you’re sharing the same duvet as everyone else who’s used the room, yuk; and it takes the prize for the single most uncomfortable chair I’ve ever encountered in a hotel.

The staff were friendly and it is located on a 10 minute walk to the mini Metro into the centre of the Historic District. There were many young musicians staying when I was there and it cried a lively and musical Interlude for me on my final morning. The breakfast is also excellent.
There is no English TV news channel such as Sky News or BBC and they were very few English residents when I was there in May something that would really impress English visitors would be to be offered some fresh cow milk on arrival and the teapot as this makes most English people feel at home immediately!

Harde bedden, koud (we waren er half mei en de verwarming blijkt half april al uit te zijn gezet) en geen comfortabele stoelen in kamer.
La struttura a un ampio parcheggio comodo e vicino al centro storico. La colazione è molto buona con una selezione di prodotti anche per celiaci.
La struttura è molto datata e le camere sono di conseguenza non rinnovate. L’hotel è molto esteso e sembra un meltinpot tra una vineria un un vecchio locale e un vecchio hotel tutto molto buio. Un labirinto per raggiungere le camere ristorante reception. Mi dispiace ma non ho trovato una grande pulizia della camera ed evito i dettagli. Non un buon rapporto tra qualità prezzo.
Ho mangiato bene, mi sono rilassato e soprattutto lo staff è stato molto accogliente e gentile
Purtroppo non faceva caldo si stava un po’ freddi in camera e il riscaldamento non era attivo quindi abbiamo dovuto mettere delle coperte
