staff and facilities great, but the rooms extremely run-down
Pros:

location, all the staff were great

Cons:

the dining area and reception- excellent. The rooms were falling apart - bathroom door handle barely hanging on, silicon around bath cracked and overpainted badly, it's very poor quality. The lift obviously hasn't been serviced for a long time - it squeaked and the doors struggled to open, just a matter of time before it fails.

For. A Taste of india this hotel has that warm and friendly feeling.
Pros:

Hot water is hot, the room we chose has a bathtub. and is an oversized room facing the airport. fridge works in the room and we found the vibes very nice and comforting.

Cons:

personally, as a designer and writer, it would be nice if the management repaired that broken stanshon that makes the property look a little dowdy. and a good sweep of the walkways would be another bonus. coming into the popular hotel I feel needs a little more 'care' on the 'welcome mat'... just my opinion

Pros:

The location was good, as it was near the airport

Cons:

Staff not helpful. Air conditioning not working, ask for a fan, the staff was unhelpful. Eventually after 2hrs they brought up a fan which didn't work. We couldn't be bothered to ask again. Never book here again, infact they should give my money back.

Pros:

Cost effective one night stop for Heathrow, the room has plenty of space to move around in and the bed is comfortable. The shower was easy to operate and powerful. Included breakfast is a simple buffet, fair quality for the asking price.

Cons:

The sink was not cleaned after the last guest and coated in soap residue. It didn't really affect the stay but it shouldn't be there.

It was close to the airport and breakfast was so so

I was very pleased at first and unfortunately the recent experience wasn't good at all.
Pros:

The location and staff. Very kind, friendly and professional,

Cons:

This was my second time in the last two weeks I stayed at this hotel, the same location.
The first time my room was on the 3rd floor, very clean and very comfortable.
This time was totally different experience. The room was on the second floor and very outdated, the carpet, bathroom floor, the tub, sink and faucets were very old and worn out. Even the certain were very old. There were bugs in the room and I couldn't sleep all night and I had a plain to catch early in the morning.
