Minib bus service to Heathrow
Wasn't on the hopper route from Heathrow, therefore taxi fare was very expensive
breakfast was good, made to order hot options, and the bed was really comfortable. The hotel required a taxi to get to as my train was delayed, and I got in around 12:30. the bus was confusing, and at that time there is no one around in the airport and no taxis around either, I had to go to the Premier inn to get them to call a taxi for me. That was 25 min and a 15 walk , and it is $50 Canadian for a 10 min ride. Also, I made the mistake of booking something I thought was attached to the airport, like the Holiday Inn and the Premier. It was not. I wouldn't stay here again, overall it is rundown and inconvenient for a late arrival, but in a pinch, it is fine, you will likely sleep well. They offer a shuttle for $20 Can to get to the airport the next day. So if you can stay closer. Or I stayed at an Ibis once, and that was a little easier to get to, and back from, in the daytime.
The staff at the hotel were exceptional especially the reception area. Completely went above and beyond what we expected.
Trolley for bags had a wonkey wheel.

Very basic room with stained carpet, uncomfortable beds

It provided a clean, comfortable room which was amazingly quiet despite its close proximity to the to the busy main on which it’s located as well as close to the runway .

Having to pay extra for the car parking thought it was included. Didn't see anything written that it was extra £18 to pay

The property is located a short distance from T2. The staff were attentive and the room was clean. The shuttle service from the hotel was on time.
Didn't I like that the shuttle service from airport to the hotel didn't take me to the hotel but to the one next to it. Had to pull suitcases on the side walk in the dark to location.

The bed was really small for 2 people. Also no telelphone in room. Had to walk downstairs twice for door knocking wake up call and report Air conditioning was NOT working.
