This hotel is good value for money, it was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful

Good location & cost but rooms, amenities, staff courteousness & customer sensitivity can improve
Pros:

Low cost of room & help in check-in with keys around midnight

Cons:

My Debit card did not work for the Hotel to get their money for pre check-in. As a result, I needed to pay by Cash and also provide my Card's copy which was confusing since I was paying by cash as requested. Also, room was not offered on the higher floor with privacy for a family. Sad 12 hours of stay. Late check out request beyond 12pm was rejected.

Terrible. Would never stay there again.
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

Filthy place. It hasn’t been touched since it was built. Room was dirty, hallway smelled of sewage, no breakfast other than an apple and a coffee. I’ve lived in oil rig camps in the far north and this is worse than any of stayed in.

Beware
Pros:

If I was a crack head that’s the place to be.

Cons:

The place was run down bad. U can see through the door it self, and not talking about the peep hole. Walls had patch’s all over carpet dirty.
