Hôtel a taille humaine

Cons:

A part la réceptionniste, et les femmes de ménage, le personnel a du mal a dire bonjour
Surtout ceux de la salle de restauration
Manque une bouilloire quelque part dans l hôtel

I did not receive a positive welcome nor a smile on arrival, indeed it was a very cold greeting. The day time reception staff lacked warmth throughout the week. I received a 4.15a.m wake-up call on two consecutive days due to a clerical error that was repeated - no goodwill gesture was offered. I suggested perhaps a complimentary drink, but that did not materialise. Breakfast was below average - hot buffet consistently cold, lack of decent bread and no prepared fresh fruit (only apples and oranges). I was sick during the stay and requested pharmacy directions - a hotel that takes care of its guests and puts their welfare at the heart of what they do would ordinarily ask if everything was ok or whether any further help was required (perhaps even more so for a solo traveller) - but again, no warmth was shown by staff. Refusal to accept part-cash and part-card for payment (you must pay only cash or card).

La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado porque estaba averiado. Sólo tenía un ventilador.
Había una extracción de humos de un edificio de al lado y el olor a cocina era continuo. La habitación está situada justo al lado.

No me ha gustado el estado de las habitaciones, con carencia de utilidades básica en los hoteles modernos de España como es el aire acondicionado o no tener camas de matrimonio sino cama individuales juntadas… un desayuno buffet que dista bastante de desear en calidad…

Muy guapo y cómodo
Pros:

Es una casona canaria preciosa con buen acceso caminado y ascensor . Habitaciones sencillas pero cómodas.

Cons:

Todo bien salvo no poder llegar el coche para descargar equipaje, pero hay parking cerca de pago y público en la explanada junto al puerto .

Pas grand chose , très décevant.

l'accueil froid . l'odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain, les sunbeds vetustes , l'hôtel n'est pas du tout comme sur le site architecture cannarienne limitée à l'entrée et l'accueil .. décevant..chambre C503 avec terrasse ...aguichant mais NON ! petit déjeuner dans un boucan d'enfer les autres bâtiments A et B rejoignant le C apparemment ? cet hotel surfe sur le " style canarien " mais il est vétuste, pas très propre et est en fait un grand complexe à touristes . On ne conseille pas .

For the same price you could stay in a much better hotel with better food and facilities

The staff and cleaners of the hotel were very good and friendly and the rooms were a good size

Cons:

The breakfast was awful and inedible, very small selection and the coffee and juice were so bad i couldnt drink it. The rooms didnt have a fridge and the overall hotel looked scruffy once past reception
