Pros:

À proximité du centre et c’est un vrai + quand on est sans véhicule. Et pas loin du centre commercial Beaulieu.
Le personnel est agréable et le studio était tout confort.

Cons:

Ça manquait juste une éponge pour la vaisselle mais ce n’est qu un détail.

La canicule et les travaux dans la ville nous ont empêché de profiter du séjour. Rue très bruyante

Point essentiel, la proximité du château, des rues piétonnes, du jardin des plantes et de la Tour Lu. Commerces à proximité.
Parking sécurisé

Cons:

Pas de clim, insupportable avec la canicule... C'est ce qui a gâché le séjour. Impossible de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes, la rue étant extrêmement bruyante.. 32° dans les chambres...

C'est bien placé, le personnel gentil et réactif, très propre et le studio bien équipé.

Das kleine Apartment ist funktional eingerichtet und reicht zum Schlafen und Frühstücken. Die Lage zur City ist sehr gut und diese in 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gegenüber des Apartment Hauses befindet sich ein gute Boulangerie. Ein Lebensmittelgeschäft ist ebenfalls gleich um die Ecke.

Great location, friendly staff. Underground car park.
Very close to the centre. Supermarket and cafes near by.
Comfortable room with all you can need for a few days away.

Cons:

There was a heatwave so the room was really warm.
There was a fan in the room but it didnt help much. A/C would be great but it was not, too much of a problem.

Soggiorno piacevole perché Nantes è davvero ospitale ed interessante, Peccato il forte caldo .

Il mio soggiorno è stato complessivamente positivo. La posizione della struttura è davvero imbattibile: centralissima, con supermercato e pasticceria praticamente sotto casa, pizzerie e ristoranti raggiungibili in pochi passi, così come le principali attrazioni.
​Il personale si è dimostrato molto cordiale, disponibile e davvero efficiente per le nostre necessità.
​Tutto sommato, un'esperienza gradevole che mi sento di consigliare.

Cons:

Un aspetto di cui tenere conto è l'assenza della reception a partire dal sabato pomeriggio e per tutta la domenica, il che potrebbe causare qualche lieve difficoltà gestionale.
​Per quanto riguarda la struttura, pur essendo in un'ottima posizione, appare un po' datata; credo che qualche piccolo intervento di manutenzione in più potrebbe valorizzare ulteriormente l'ambiente, rendendo l'esperienza ancora più confortevole, ed un po' più di pulizia.
​Un piccolo appunto riguarda il comfort durante le giornate particolarmente calde: la struttura non è dotata di aria condizionata, ma solo di ventilatore. Essendo stati costretti a dormire con le finestre aperte per il caldo, siamo stati svegliati dai rumori della strada sin dalle prime ore del mattino. È un fattore che non dipende dalla struttura, ma è utile segnalarlo per chi, come me, ha il sonno leggero.
