Pros:

Nothing in particular

Cons:

First we got a room that wasnt cleaned properly (toilet wasn't even flushed 🤢). They moved us in another, smaller room, without giving the impression that they were too sorry and as if this happened all the time. Both rooms are face very busy street and it is quite noisy even with the windows closed. The furniture is worn out and damaged, and the bathtub is full of mold. There is no closet.

Location is close to the city center, staff members were unpleasant and the rooms were aged and dirty.
Pros:

Right away I was scammed into paying additional taxes when my rate included everything. The staff would not budge and insisted I needed to pay if I wanted my room, and Booking.com is wrong. This rubbed me the wrong way and my stay was startled from the beginning.

Cons:

There are homeless and addicts around the streets of the hotel and it did not seem safe at night.

Güzel konum, rahat ulaşım ve temiz-düzgün bir konaklamaydı.
Pros:

Kahvaltı çok zengin, özellikle bu epey cezbediciydi. Biz Bologna'dan 6 şehre gitmek için merkez istasyona çok yakın bir konumu seçtik ve bu otelde çok rahat ettik. Eğer sadece Bologna'da kalmayacaksanız ve başka şehirlere de gidecekseniz çok ideal bir konumu var. Bu anlamda çok çok iyi.

Cons:

Fiyatı, bir tık daha aşağıda olabilir. Fiyatına göre verdiği hizmet ve otelin konumu vs. bence bir tık aşağıda.

Acredito que pequenos ajustes, poderiam elevar muito a qualidade do hotel e valorizar além da sua localização.

O quarto é muito pequeno, e como esta voltado para as trazeiras do Edifício dá para um Terraço, a janela de grande dimensão sem blackout e com a luz do pateo acesa a noite toda, impossível descansar com a luminosidade, o quarto no piso 1, imagino que um piso de muito movimento, portas a bater a noite toda.
Pequeno almoço super fraco, pouca variedade e poucas opções, o mais básico que há, mais vale comer fora.

Close to city centre
Pros:

Proximity to city center, thanks to Frank at the check in who was very friendly and welcoming and didn’t let us freeze in our room.

Cons:

Noise streets, cold rooms, basic breakfast, complicated WiFi connection.
