Important information:

The Spa Experience zone at the Sheraton Spa is only available to people over 18 years of age.
Spa treatments are intended for people over 16 years of age. People aged 16-18 can only use selected treatments.
Children under 13 years of age must be under the direct supervision of an adult.
Children can use the swimming pool from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 20:00 and from Saturday to Sunday from 10:00 to 22:00.

In accordance with the Act of 13 May 2016 on Counteracting the Threat of Sexual Crime and the Protection of Minors, the Sheraton Sopot Hotel is obliged to apply standards of protection of minors, in particular to establish the identity of a minor and their relationship to the adult with whom they are staying on the premises.
Arrival with a pet is subject to an additional fee of PLN 120 per day.

Cons:

Rummet var inget vidare för dom pengarna. Med 5 stjärnor, förväntar jag mig ett rum i toppklass. Det var ok. Min son blev nekad tillträde till poolen. Pga en dum regel. Kändes pinsamt då jag reser ensam med honom m, han är 12.

Mauvaise gestion du parking
Notre voiture est haute ( 1, 99) et le parking fait 1, 90 m donc tres compliqué pour s y garer ...de plus le 2 ème jour nous nous sommes garés dans la rue parce que le parking était complet
Dans l ensemble, 5 étoiles est un peu galvaude...

Pobyt spełnił moje oczekiwania.
Pros:

Hotel ma świetną lokalizację, strefa plażowa jest bardzo dobrze zorganizowana i sprzyja wypoczynkowi nad morzem w czasie pogody. Na wypadek niepogody hotel jest świetnie przygotowany aby spędzić w nim czas chociażby na strefie SPA. Szczególnie muszę pochwalić personel obiektu, który jest pomocny i doskonale zorganizowany.

Pros:

The breakfast has to be the best thing. Great choice and delicious. I would tho open it a bit easier than 7 am as we were traveling from Asia, the time difference makes us wake up at 3 am craving for food. The locations is great.

Cons:

The room was not ready at check in time. We had to wait additional hour and chase staff to make it ready. Giving that we arrive way before check in time 10 am, made this additional hour wait extra long. Also, I don’t like that iron board was broken in one of the rooms. The pillows were to soft and flat in my opinion. One thing unreal is that although there is parking underground, it’s additional charge 160 zł. This should be free for guests. The drinking water is not available in the room which should be standard. Instead the water cooler is placed on each floor in front elevator.
