Important information:

The Spa Experience zone at the Sheraton Spa is only available to people over 18 years of age.
Spa treatments are intended for people over 16 years of age. People aged 16-18 can only use selected treatments.
Children under 13 years of age must be under the direct supervision of an adult.
Children can use the swimming pool from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 20:00 and from Saturday to Sunday from 10:00 to 22:00.

Pros:

Lokalizacja super, restauracja z pysznym jedzeniem, niestety pogoda była jak nad naszym morzem, ale na to nikt nie ma wpływu, polecam zdecydowanie.

Aufenthalt in Sopot, einem grandiosen Ort nahe Danzig
Pros:

Bad im Zimmer toll, ruhige Schiebetür ohne Schwelle, Dusche und Badewanne im 3 Bett Zimmer, sehr luxerös, King Size Bett sehr bequem, Kaffemaschine im Raum, wenig Schrankfläche, aber ist sicher nur für einen 3 tägigen Urlaub geplant. Viele Gäste, eher Dienstreisende im Hotel, sehr spannend.
Danzig ist per S-Bahn erreichbar, Tageskarte incl. Straßenbahn kostet ca. 7 Euro, Haltestellen alle fußläufig in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen, Sopot sowie Danzig, toll. Euro werden kaum genommen, aber es ist alles per Karte bezahlbar, auch Kleinstbeträge. Toller Sandstrand, kilometerweit begehbar, alle 200 m Gaststätten in den Dünen, dort müssen die WC bezahlt werden 5 Zl oder 1 Euro. Fahrradweg bis Danzig super ausgebaut, schade dass der normale Radverleih noch nicht offen war, dafür aber die E Bikes und E Roller per App. Seebrücke nimmt Eintritt, ab 19 Uhr nicht mehr.

Cons:

Essenraum zu klein für das große Hotel, (unsere Empfindung) wir hatten mit Halbpension (Half Boarding) gebucht, da es sich anbot, bei der Ankunft feierte eine Gesellschaft dort Geburtstag, recht laut im Raum, der Kellner vertröstete uns um 19 Uhr eine Stunde, dann eine weitere, dann wollte er uns noch eine weitere Stunde vertrösten, bzw. abwimmeln, damit ging es mit nicht gut, nach 3 Stunden kam erst das Angebot uns das Essen im Barbereich zu servieren. Man bedenke, 5 Sterne Hotel! Der Koch hat alles gegeben und uns mit der Halbpension ausgesöhnt. Es wird englisch oder polnisch gesprochen. Von Rostock nach Sopot hatten wir 7 Stunden Anreise, die Autobahn, bzw. Schnellstraße befindet sich noch im letzten Bauabschnitt.

Lyxigt hotell med ett otroligt läge - jag är mer än nöjd!
Pros:

Väldigt fint hotell nära till stranden och hjärtat i Sopot. Rummet var exakt som på bilderna och hade skön säng, alla tillbehör man kan tänka sig och en fantastiskt havsutsikt precis som lovat. Personalen var trevlig och hotellfrukosten en utav de bästa jag någonsin upplevt. Lyxigt ställe som helt klart är värt sitt pris! Är väldigt nöjd och kommer bo här igen 😊

Świetny hotel, wspaniała obsługa.
Duży przestronny pokój, łazienka z wanną ogromny plus.
Lokalizacja rewelacja.
Woda w basenie i jacuzzi mogłaby być cieplejsza.

Great hotel but beware as they offer Raw Ground Pork meat at the breakfast buffet.
Pros:

The hotel is great, so is the location and staff super friendly and helpful.
So, why 3 stars? Because they offer RAW GROUND PORK at the breakfast buffet which carries a high risk of bacterial contamination and harmful pathogens and parasites including:
- Salmonella
- E. Coli
- Listeria
- Yersinia entorocolitica
Just to name a few…and never mind developing a tape worm.

Some cuisines in regional Germany or Japan do serve raw pork, but under extremely controlled sourcing and strict handling standards.
Even then, public health authorities generally discourage it.

Mimo tych kilku uwag hotel ogólnie oceniamy bardzo dobrze i pobyt był udany.
Pros:

Hotel bardzo nam się podobał. Świetna lokalizacja – praktycznie w samym centrum, blisko głównego molo, restauracji i różnych wydarzeń miejskich. Bardzo przyjemnie można spacerować wzdłuż brzegu. Pokoje są przytulne, łóżka wygodne, a cały pobyt był bardzo komfortowy. Na plus również bardzo dobre SPA.

Cons:

Jedyny większy minus to śniadania. Skorzystaliśmy raz i niestety były zupełnie niewarte swojej ceny. W okolicy jest wiele restauracji ze smacznymi śniadaniami w dużo lepszej cenie – nawet około trzy razy taniej niż w hotelu.

Trochę dziwna była też sytuacja z ofertą lojalnościową. Po zameldowaniu dostaliśmy informację, że przy przedłużeniu pobytu do poniedziałku przysługują dodatkowe bonusy: późny checkout, zniżka do SPA i koktajle. Ponieważ nasz pobyt był już opłacony do poniedziałku, zapytaliśmy, czy również możemy z tego skorzystać. Ostatecznie zaoferowano nam tylko koktajle. Sprawiło to wrażenie pewnego braku spójności w obsłudze i zostawiło lekki niesmak.

Dodatkowo strefa saun formalnie działa bez strojów kąpielowych, co w hotelu wydaje się dość nietypowe. W praktyce większość gości i tak korzystała z saun w strojach kąpielowych, co naszym zdaniem jest bardziej komfortowe i odpowiednie w takim miejscu.

Bardzo dobre śniadanie z bogata ofertą, czystość i widoki z pokoju, dobre SPA, znakomity personel w recepcji szczególnie Pan, który przyjmował nas przy zameldowaniu

Cons:

Obsługa SPA poniżej krytyki, bardzo znudzony i bez empatii personel, słaby Club Lounge, w przeszłości oferował zdecydowanie bardziej ciekawszy zestaw potraw i drinków, w ciągu dnia kompletnie tam nic nie ma, kiepskie ciasteczka i chyba długo leżące orzeszki, poza tym obsługa jest raczej niemiła.
