Important information:

The Spa Experience zone at the Sheraton Spa is only available to people over 18 years of age.
Spa treatments are intended for people over 16 years of age. People aged 16-18 can only use selected treatments.
Children under 13 years of age must be under the direct supervision of an adult.
Children can use the swimming pool from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 20:00 and from Saturday to Sunday from 10:00 to 22:00.

In accordance with the Act of 13 May 2016 on Counteracting the Threat of Sexual Crime and the Protection of Minors, the Sheraton Sopot Hotel is obliged to apply standards of protection of minors, in particular to establish the identity of a minor and their relationship to the adult with whom they are staying on the premises.
Arrival with a pet is subject to an additional fee of PLN 120 per day.

Понравилось расположение отеля. Номер угловой с двумя окнами: одно с прямым видом на море, другое с боковым видом на море - понравился. В номере было всё необходимое для домашнего питомца.

Cons:

Практически отсутствует сервис для пятизвёздочного отеля. По приезде никто не встречает. Чтобы помогли с багажом, нужно попросить. Нет сервиса по парковке автомобиля. Все нужно делать самостоятельно. Приходится даже просить, чтобы убрали грязную посуду со стола на завтраке. Сами не убирают, чай кофе не приносят, все сам. Вечернего сервиса в номере нет. Воду в номер приносишь себе сам из кулера в коридоре. Попросили распечатать два листочка на ресепшене, нам отказали в этом. Показали, где компьютер и сказали распечатывать самостоятельно.

Location, view, spa and breakfast all five stars
Pros:

Ideal location. Beautiful sea view, must be the best in Sopot! Fantastic spa. Amazing breakfast with an astonishing variety of different selections.

Cons:

A bit noisy as close to the pier and activities at the pier started at 4.45 am (loud music…).

Hotel położony w niesamowitym miejscu. Dodatkowo bardzo miła i uprzejma obsługa. Ogromna oferta posiłków w śniadaniowym bufecie.

Cons:

Mało miejsc (leżaków) przy basenie, zważając na ilość gości.
