Pros:

A hotel nagyon jó helyen van és a külső részei, valamint a belső közös terei nagyon szépek. Szuper a medence területe, és a hatalmas parkolója. A reggeli a medence mellett van, így ez nagyon kellemes környezet, és jó volt a reggeli is.

Cons:

Nem tetszett a szoba, ami nagyon lelakott volt sajnos. A foglalt szoba típusunkból voltak felújítottak is, ezek amúgy szépek, de mi sajnos nem ilyet kaptunk. A légkondi vagy bekapcsolt módban volt, ekkor túlzás nélkül, de megfagytunk, vagy kikapcsolt módban volt, szabályozni, bizonyos hőfokra beállítani nem lehetett, A be és a kikapcsolást a recepció végzi. (Mi kikapcsoltattuk)

Overall pleasant stay in the heart of Tuscany
Pros:

Everything was great. You could see that there is some parts of the house that need renovation but overall we wer very happy with everything.
Great location, good value for money, beautiful pool area and good drinks.

Molto bella la piscina panoramica e ottima la colazione .

Da migliorare... nella valutazione MEZZA STELLA E' DI TROPPO!
Pros:

Posizione ottima a pochi minuti da San Gimignano, bella la vista del paesaggio

Cons:

MEZZA STELLA da guadagnare dopo sistemazione di queste anomalie per il livello di qualità dichiarata:
- cattivo odore nel bagno della camera 410, distacco degli appendini dopo la doccia per umidità essendo attaccati e non fissati a muro, impossibile regolare la temperatura in camera sempre troppo fredda, bisognava chiamare la reception per far spegnere il climatizzatore!
- stesso cattivo odore nella zona dell'acqua bassa della piscina e in zona bar (tavolo 3), sensazione di odore di ristagno acqua, umidità, fogna... segni di problemi di umidità in tanti punti sui muri all'interno e all'esterno della struttura
- piscina con pareti giallo/verdastre per mancata pulizia o ristagno acqua... non piacevole avvicinarsi
