Talvez sirva bem para grandes grupos de turistas... não para alguém que viaja como casal ou familia.

A localização é boa para quem está de carro, pois fica a uns 3 km de San Gimignano.
Alguma simpatia da parte de alguns funcionários, no restaurante à noite.
Foram atenciosos em trocar, depois de muitas reclamações e um dia após nossa chegada, para um quarto no andar de cima

Cons:

Havia um cheiro desagradável no piso inferior (parecia esgoto), não só no quarto que nos deram, mas em toda área dos corredores. Ficamos lá 5 noites. No segundo dia, após várias reclamações nossas também quanto ao chuveiro que espalhou água por cima do box e molhou todo. conseguimos mudar de quarto, no andar superior que era melhor. Numa tempestade de muita chuva à noite molhou tb, o quarto e umas de nossas malas que estava no chão. Chuva entrou por baixo da porta de uma sacada, apesar de estar completamente fechada. Me parecia que a "chefia" fora MUITO ANTIPÁTICA. Não perguntei o nome da pessoa, mas era um senhor não italiano. Ninguém se ofereceu para colocar nossas malas (somos um casa idoso) no carro no checkout, apesar de ter pessoas lá, para isso.
O hotel (diz ser um Resort), atende muitos grupos que provavelmente só paga a metade do valor da diária que paguei. tomavam café da manhã bem mais cedo do que nós e outros hóspedes "particulares" e quando fomos ao café (dentro do horário de café), as frutas "sta finitto..."
analise bem, apesar de boa localização, se você for só um casal e gostar de um bom café da manhã... vai se iludir

Preis-Leistung in keinem Fall gerechtfertigt. Nicht empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Das Abendessen war gut, allerdings nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Wir hatten mit Halbpension gebucht (für 7 Übernachtungen). Es gab jeden Abend die gleichen 5 Gerichte zur Auswahl. Die Karte wurde nie gewechselt.
Die Matratzen der Betten waren recht gut.
Das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und abgewohnt. Die Zimmer waren nicht sehr sauber, es wurde sehr schlecht geputzt. Das sehr enge Badezimmer konnten wir erst ohne Ekel benutzen, nachdem wir die Dusche 2 x haben reinigen lassen (siehe Foto). Hier wurde schon sehr lange nicht gründlich geputzt. Die Siphons im Badezimmer haben ihren eigentlichen Zweck nicht mehr erfüllt, wodurch die Faulgase der Kanalisation ständig zu riechen waren. Dies konnte auch nach Monierung nicht abgestellt werden.
Außerdem fehlten im Zimmer und Bad Kleiderhaken, eine Garderobe oder Möglichkeiten etwas abzulegen oder aufzuhängen. Es gab nur einen Stuhl und einen sehr beengten Kleiderschrank.
Nach einem ausgiebigen Regen hat es an mehreren Stellen im Restaurant und den Zwischengängen durch die Decke reingeregnet. Eine gründliche Sanierung wäre hier dringend angebracht.
Das Frühstück war sehr langweilig und eintönig. Es gab in den 7 Tagen nur 2 x Brötchen. Ansonsten geschmackloses Weißbrot und Toast. Der Toaster hat jedoch nicht funktioniert und war auch sehr schmutzig. Insgesamt hat der Frühstückraum einen unappetitlichen Eindruck hinterlassen, auch die Kaffeeautomaten wurden nicht regelmäßig gereinigt, in den Ecken und auf den Scheuerleisten lag überall Schmutz und Staub.
Man könnte hier noch mehr ins Detail gehen. 4-Sterne sind für diese Anlage auf keinen Fall gerechtfertigt.

Lovely hotel, safe parking, close yet far enough from busy San Gimignano.
Pros:

Lovely hotel just outside of San Gimignano. Nice large pool, good sized room with terrace. Beautiful pool area with good quality sunbeds. Parking is gravel and quite dusty but ok even for low riding sports cars. Loved the tea/coffee and prosecco at reception.

Cons:

Hotel was great - a small gym would be nice.

Nice place unkind staff in reception

Cons:

The hotel had made a mistake so I didnt get the room I had booked. Ended up moving between rooms during the stay but without actually getting the kind of room I booked in the first place. The staff was very unkind during this and when I asked for a compensation they declined.

A hotel nagyon jó helyen van és a külső részei, valamint a belső közös terei nagyon szépek. Szuper a medence területe, és a hatalmas parkolója. A reggeli a medence mellett van, így ez nagyon kellemes környezet, és jó volt a reggeli is.

Cons:

Nem tetszett a szoba, ami nagyon lelakott volt sajnos. A foglalt szoba típusunkból voltak felújítottak is, ezek amúgy szépek, de mi sajnos nem ilyet kaptunk. A légkondi vagy bekapcsolt módban volt, ekkor túlzás nélkül, de megfagytunk, vagy kikapcsolt módban volt, szabályozni, bizonyos hőfokra beállítani nem lehetett, A be és a kikapcsolást a recepció végzi.
