Pros:

Camere spaziose e personale davvero gentile.

Cons:

Se hai un auto sportiva puoi avere dei problemi sul dosso del cancello di entrata consiglio di spianarlo per dare accesso anche ad auto molto basse.
La struttura in generale è bellissima , Il ristorante ha dei buoni piatti, ma la sala non ha anima , non rende l'atmosfera che un turista ricerca in un ristorante in una struttura Toscana..
Peccato basterebbe poco.

Over all good except above issue
Cons:

Only issue why 2nd room given on other end of hotel while booking was few weeks advance and fully paid ? Can’t understand that? That too at 10.30 pm late check in time.
The room could have been blocked together and near by .

Excellent Accueil . Excellent Petit déjeuner . Très bel endroit terrasse piscine . Calme de l hôtel accessibilité. Parking privé . Chambres agréables avec balcon

Quelques odeurs «  désagréables type égout «  remontant vraisemblablement d un local sous les chambres .
Certes odeurs s estompant assez vite .

Wir kommen sicher wieder.
Pros:

Perfekte Lage mit Blick auf San Gimignano. Sehr schönes Zimmer. Man kann zu Fuß in die Altstadt laufen. Großer Pool, weitläufige Anlage, Rooftop Bar. Sehr freundlicher Empfang.

Wahrscheinlich der schlechteste Aufenthalt in einem vier Sterne Haus den ich je hatte

- zimmer waren nicht fertig als wir um 16:15 Uhr einchecken wollten
- nur ein großes Handtuch im Doppelzimmer
- Auflagen am Poolbereich nass
- morgens in den 2 Stunden während dem Frühstück wurde Rasen gemäht
- vor dem Check out kam jemand ohne zu kloppen in das Zimmer
- Bad nicht Sauber. Rost tropfte vom Handtuchhalter und Schimmel in der Dusche

La posizione ed panorama, l'angolo relax con tè e biscotti, la cortesia alla reception.

Cons:

C'è molto lavoro di manutenzione da fare per rinnovarlo ed il personale alla colazione guardava molto l'orologio togliendo tutto per le 10.

Colazione varia ed abbondante sia per quanto riguarda il dolce che il salato.
