Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt, Lage und Frühstück war super. Da das Hotel mitten im Ort ist, gibt es einen externen kostenlosen Zugang zum See mit Pool ganz in der Nähe.

Pros:

Locatie fantastisch, ontbijt prima, rondvaartboot meert vlakbij het hotel af. Kamer aan de kleine kant, maar dat wisten we vooraf.

Cons:

Wat mij betreft niets. Parkeren elders in de stad, maar dat wisten we. Gardone Riviera is een kleine plaats

It was a great stay and I would recommend and would do that again.
Pros:

Amazing location, comfortable room, has refrigerator. Nice welcoming touch is two cold water bottles. Little care package at the bathroom - for make-up removal and stuff - was nice. Slippers. They have beach club access included. They were flexible with the baggage storage for us and providing the beach passes.

Cons:

Only minor things - missed hair conditioner, the beach club allocated area is a bit far from water. However at least they had beach club included - which is big plus.

This is overall good; lovely picturesque location with good restaurants nearby.
Pros:

Spacious rooms, great location and attentive staff. The hotel felt very clean.

Cons:

Guests are not allowed access to the pool facilities on the day of the check-out. This feels like it needlessly has a negative impact, and leaves a bad taste, on an otherwise genuinely good hotel and experience.

One other small point is that there is a lack of variation in breakfast.
