Comodissimo da raggiungere dalla città, ma al contempo molto tranquillo. Veramente perfetto per le famiglie. Camere grandi, accoglienti e pulite.

Für die Durchreise ok
Pros:

Wir hatten ein geräumiges Zimmer, im Nebengebäude, mit Doppelbett und Schlafsofa. Zum Zimmer gab es ein großes Bad. Außerdem gab es zwei Balkone.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war ok, aber nichts besonderes.
Die Lage im Bergdorf hat uns gut gefallen, den Weg dorthin muss man mögen, (sehr sehr Kurvenreich) 😀
Gleich um die Ecke gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt.
Für Kinder gibt es, im Haupthaus, einen tollen Spielbereich, mit Bällebad und weiteren Spielsachen.
Der (Kinder-)Poolbereich ist bestimmt auch sehr begehrt, wenn er in Betrieb ist.

Cons:

Das Zimmer wirkte sehr leer, es war kalt, besonders der Boden (haben ein Krabbelkind), es liegen keine Infos aus. Es gibt keine Gläser für das Wasser aus der Minibar.
Im Nebengebäude gibt es keinen Aufzug.
Die Informationen an der Rezeption sind alle nur auf italienisch.
Im Zimmer gab es nur einen Stuhl. Auch auf dem Balkon gab es keine Stühle, (auf anderen aber schon...), im Bad ist die Steckdose kaputt, die Klobrille locker und in den Ecken war schimmel. Der erste Eindruck war gut, doch beim genaueren Hinsehen - wirkt das Hotel herunter gekommen.
Beim Frühstücksbuffet hätten wir uns noch über frisches Obst gefreut.

Siamo stati accolti bene nonostante l orario tardi di notte.camera molto spaziosa cosi come il bagno.bello il terrazzino. Parcheggio privato o pubblico vicino alla struttura. Il punto forte è sicuramente la colazione. Grande assortimento di dolce e salato,bevande calde e fresche.tutto buonissimo. Ci piacerebbe tornare

Torno sempre in questa struttura ogni volta che devo andare a Bergamo e rimango ogni volta piacevolmente sorpreso di quanto per la gestione, l'attenzione al dettaglio, la cura per il cliente e l'ospitalità non siamo concetti astratti ma soldi valori su cui fondare il proprio lavoro.

Family hotel ma si potrebbe fare di più
Pros:

Stanze spaziose con una bella vista sulla montagna, ottima la posizione dell'hotel, abbondante e varia la colazione, molto carina l'animatrice che rappresenta un valore aggiunto.

Cons:

La camera aveva una vasca che avevo visto in foto al momento della prenotazione (ed è uno dei motivi per i quali avevo fatto questa prenotazione) ma non è stato possibile usarla, mancava il tappo (non ci hanno dato motivazioni,era rotta? Non si sa).

L'area gioco 0-3 andrebbe messa maggiormente in sicurezza, il muro è scrostato, ci sono spigoli vivi (pilastro), un vetro era rotto, alcuni giocattoli dall'aspetto vecchio e trasandato.

La stanza con il gioco più bello per i bambini, un percorso con una vasca con le palline è all'interno di una stanza stretta buia e senza finestre. Da un family hotel mi aspetto che un gioco così bello sia in mostra, in una stanza luminosa. Al contrario è presente una gigantesca area TV con poltrone, tavoli e uno spaziosissimo ingresso....

Bellissima esperienza in questa struttura. Un ringraziamento particolare a Monica che ha organizzato diverse attività per grandi e piccini dimostrandosi sempre attenta, gentile e super disponibile e che ha contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno davvero piacevole... Torneremo presto!
