الفندق موقعه ممتاز والخدمة كذلك ممتازة
Pros:

المكان رائع قريب من المعالم السياحية مثل ساحة الكونكورد وشارع الشانز ومحلات الماراكات العالمية وقريب من احدى محطات القطار.
كان المظفون متعاونين جدا

Cons:

الاشياء التي لم تعجبني لا تذكر مقابل الخدمة الممتازة وموقع الفندق المناسب للسياحة،

Merkezi ve güvenli bir konumda iyi bir konaklamaydı .
Pros:

Elysee sarayına yakın, güvenli ve merkezi bir konumda. Turistik bölgelere yürüme mesafesinde. Odalar biraz eski ama bakımlı, yeterli büyüklükte ve temizdi. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardım severdi. Konaklamamdan oldukça memnun kaldım.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos nos asignaron una habitacion era imposible de abitar por un problema con el aire acondicionado ,pedimos cambio de habitación.
Nos dijeron que el hotel estaba completo,luego de discutir nos dieron otra habitación que tenía signos de falta de mantenimiento con deterioro notorio ( puerta de la heladera rota,colchon viejo,baño con salida permanente de agua,)
Esta habitacion tenía un pasajero en la habitacion de al lado que cantaba y tocaba la guitarra hasta altas horas de la noche a pesar de nuestro reclamo en recepcion.
Completó el desastre que nos quedamos parados y encerrados en el ascensor en dos oprtunidades
En la primera arrancó solo a los 15 minutos y en la segunda vez quedamos encerrados por 30 minutos,logrando abrilr por nuestros propios medios la puerta y saltar,cuando reclamamos nos dijeron que no era responsabilidad del hotel si no del servicio técnico
Consideramos que este hotel debe ser reevaluado por booking para no exponer a otros pasajeros y perjudicar tambien a booking en forma secundaria.
No volveremos nunca mas a esta cadena de hoteles.

Pros:

Resepsiyon çalışanları çok ilgili ve çok güler yüzlüydü.

Cons:

Asansör çok yavaş gelmesi çok üzün sürüyor , 5. Katta kalındığında beklemek imkansız. 5. Katta kaldığımız odada klima çalışıyordu fakat odayı hiç soğutmuyordu. Çok sesli çalıştığı için kaldığımız 2 gece hiç uyumadık gibi bir şey.

1Nos asignaron primero una habitacion cojín un ruido
Insoportable,por el aire acondicionado,pedimos el cambio,primero nos dijeron que apagaramos el A.A,como habia 33°C le dijimos que era imposible ,luego nos dijeron que el hotel estaba completo,nosotros le mencionamos que hariamos la queja a Booking ,aparecio por arte de magia otra habitacion.
Cuando bajamos por el ascensor se detuvo por 15 minutos y luego arrancó, avisamos en recepcion para que informen al servicio tecnico.
Luego con una pareja y quedamos p
arados y encerrados por 25 minutos,al accionar la alarma nos respondió el servicio tecnico que deberiamos esperar como minimo 40 minutos mas.
Ante esta situacion,como faltaba el aire,decidimos por nuestros medios abrir la puerta y saltar.
Enningun momento se acerco personal del hotel al ascensor al menos para tranquilizarnos y cuando formalmente hicimos el reclamo,nos informaron que ellos no tenian responsabilidad y que normalmente el servicio técnico se toma ese tiempo .
La habitacion tenia rota la puerta de la heladera.
