The Junior Suite is the only room that can accommodate children in the existing beds at no extra cost. A maximum of 2 children under 12 years of age are accepted.
Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.
The hotel requires guests to inform an unscheduled check-out 48 hours in advance, at 13:00 local time, in order to avoid a one night penalty.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. El checkout..... estuve casi media hora esperando.... y habia mas fila atras mío..... solo 1 persona para atender
Très bon petit déjeuner, chambre, spacieuse, lit, confortable
L’climatisation ne fonctionnait pas terrible du tout, elle faisait plutôt ventilation et il manquait un petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Un peu de bruit côté rue mais acceptable.

Es ist ruhig gelegen und das ist sehr kostbar in Lima. Aber trotzdem zentral und es gibt Einkaufs- und Restaurantmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Frühstück ist lecker und es gibt viel a la carte und damit frisch zubereitet.
Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel ist das Bad schon in die Jahre gekommen.

A localização é perfeita! Bairro lindo, próximo à alguns pontos turísticos que gostaríamos de visitar e também de bons restaurantes. O transito em Lima é caótimo! Exploramos bastante a cidade caminhando.
O café da manhã é delicioso, farto com muitas opções de pães, frutas, sucos e um menu com opções quente como complemento. Fantástico!
Os funcionarios servem café e leite nas garrafas e em horários de muito movimento, vc fica sem a bebida. É apenas uma sugestão! Adoramos a hospedagem e certamente voltaremos.

We made a reservation for two rooms through Booking.com for the period of 12–15 September 2026. However, upon arriving at the hotel, we found that the rooms were in an unacceptable condition, including visible mould and a strong, putrid smell. At this point I’d like to state that we have chronic Asthma.
We immediately contacted Reception and requested to be moved to different rooms. Unfortunately, we were informed that no alternative rooms were available. As a result, we had no choice but to leave the hotel and find alternative accommodation. We subsequently requested a refund for our unused stay.
The receptionist informed us that, in order to process the refund, she needed to speak with her manager, who was not working at the time as it was the middle of the night. She assured us that she would contact him in the morning and get back to us via WhatsApp or email. However, we have not received any further communication from the hotel since then.
The full amount for all three nights was charged to our card, despite the fact that we did not stay at the hotel for even a single night.
