The Junior Suite is the only room that can accommodate children in the existing beds at no extra cost. A maximum of 2 children under 12 years of age are accepted.
Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Gostei muito da localização do hotel, que é excelente e permite fácil acesso aos principais pontos de Miraflores. Os quartos também são confortáveis, espaçosos e bem conservados, proporcionando uma estadia agradável.
Embora tenha deixado um cartão de crédito registrado e realizado o depósito de caução solicitado no check-in, não foi possível lançar consumos no quarto para pagamento no check-out. Para isso, o hotel exige um valor de caução adicional mais elevado. Essa política acaba sendo inconveniente e transmite uma sensação de excesso de controle e pouca confiança no hóspede, especialmente quando já existe uma garantia financeira cadastrada.

Las opciones de alimento estuvo bien. El servicio deficiente, desordenado, para pedir unos huevos tuve que hablar con tres personas y se traspasaban la responsabilidad entre ellos, todo lento e incomodo.
En el piso 11 se escuchaba mucho ruido hasta muy tarde en la noche desde el bar que se encuentra en el piso superior, por la musica y luego por el arrastre de objetos al ordenar el bar. Si debo reconocer que al otro día por iniciativa propia nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitación a un piso inferior, pero el mal rato ya lo tuvimos y no sé si lo hicieron con los demás pasajeros del mismo piso.

Rooms and particularly bathrooms need updating. Shower fittings old and heads not flexible to meet personal needs/preference.
Lighting in bedrooms dated and inadequate particularly for ladies dressing and doing makeup. Queen Premiums bedrooms have stupid big chair with foot stool and articulated standard light in place which offers no practical purpose and takes up useful floor space.

Buen desayuno aunque tampoco es el mejor que haya visto en hoteles. Buena ubicación y personal amable.
Reservé habitación para 3 adultos (Premium Double Room with Two Double) y las camas no eran comodas para 2 adultos, y no hubo posibilidad de cambiar a 3 camas. Entiendo que fue la habitación que reserve pero no eran camas adecuadas para 2 adultos en una cama como ofrecen. Algunos detalles que podrian mejorarse en cuanto a amenities en el baño.
Excelente acomodação! Sempre muito limpa, agradável, a cama, os travesseiros, a decoração. Gostamos de todo o hotel!

A localização, o café da manhã sensacional,os funcionários em especial , Enrique, Ricardo e Yeltsin que foram extremamente profissionais, gentis e atenciosos, o quarto é muito bom, grande e confortável .
Não gostamos do chuveiro, pouca pressão, a água esquentava muito, ou esfriava rapidamente , vale uma manutenção.
