Nice hotel but the location makes it a 1 star stay for me
Pros:

The hotel is nice and just as i expected from other 25hours hotels.

Cons:

I wish i had warning about where the hotel was located. There were easily a hundred people on the surrounding block that were openly shooting up and doing drugs in the street. Did not feel comfortable when I had to go out with my dog and walk through a street full of junkies to get to a park.

Muss man einmal gesehen haben.
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes originell gestaltetes Hotel mit dem bei 25h gewohnt herzlichen und aufmerksamen Personal. Parkplätze im Hinterhof waren gut verfügbar und sind auch angenehm dimensioniert.

Cons:

Im Hotel selbst gab es keine (geöffnete) Bar und im Restaurant war ohne vorherige Reservierung kein Platz zu bekommen. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es zwar einige Lokale, aber in den Straßen sind auch (Drogen-)Konsumräume und viele offensichtlich unter harten Drogen stehende Obdachlose, sodass ein Bummel durch die Gassen wenig einladend ist. Die Konsumenten haben auch die ganze Nacht geschrien, sodass ein Schlaf bei gekipptem Fenster zur Straßenseite trotz eigentlich ruhiger Lage nicht möglich war.

Zum Frühstück war weder Lachs noch Sekt verfügbar und der Service sehr langsam. Es gibt eine Liste durchaus interessanter Eiergerichte, aber das Buffet selbst ist für den Preis eher dürftig ausgefallen.

Schöne Dachterrasse zum Chillen.

Cons:

Die Lage.
Ich weiß nicht was vorher da war, das Hotel, oder die Junkies auf der Straße.
Jedenfalls eine unglückliche Kombination.

Die erste Nacht konnte ich nicht schlafen, wegen dem Menschenlärm auf der Niddastraße.
Die zweite Nacht, nach einem kostenlosen Zimmerwechsel, war ruhig und gut.

A great hotel to stay in if you are travelling by train.
Pros:

Beautiful interesting hotel and amazing staff. The lady at reception even helped me wrap gifts for my friend. Very nicely appointed rooms with everything you need. The hotel decor and ambience is amazing

Cons:

The area around the hotel is a bit challenging as it is close to the train station and unfortunately there are drug users on the street and surrounding area. A bit confronting if you are not used to this.

great stay, great location, great trip, but please do clean up the neighborhood

the staff was very friendly and helpful,
the restaurant next door was great,

Cons:

the drug addicts and homeless people on the streets every day were very intense
also the drug dealers, it was annoying and intimidating at times, we felt unsafe.
a city like frankfurt really should do better than this.

Einzigartig "erfrischendes" Konzept Hotel in Frankfurt, topp Lage für Weiterreisende
Pros:

Lage direkt am Bahnhof, aber ruhig. Sehr modern, stylisch (alles aufs Thema Reisen ausgerichtet) und super nettes Personal. Da hterrasse mit herrlicher Aussicht. Auf der Dachterrasse befindet sich eine Sauna, Fitnessgeräte und Sitz- bzw. Liegemöglichkeiten zum Chillen. Bar und Restaurant im Haus auch vorhanden... Die Minibar im Zimmer war im Übernachtungspreis inbegriffen - das fand ich super 😁👍 Ein sehr "erfrischendes" Konzept Hotel - hat mir super gefallen!!!

Beleuchtung Badezimmer, Badezimmer steht unter Wasser beim Duschen,

Gerne für eine Nacht Umfeld schwierig

Perfektes Hotel für eine Nacht wenn man ab Frankfurt fliegt sehr sauber nettes Personal guter Service

Cons:

Die Lage heißt das rund um das Hotel Straßen und auch vor dem Eingang Obdachlose und Trinker auf der Straße sitzen und uns tatsächlich auch Angst gemacht haben aufgrund von Unruhen

Frankfurt als Stadt ist keine Reise wert.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und ruhig zum Hinterhof gelegen.

Cons:

Die Lage des Hotels ist fußläufig zum Hauptbahnhof und damit fast aller Museen, also eigentlich perfekt. Von meinem letzten Besuch von Frankfurt vor 12 Jahren bin ich mit wunderbaren Eindrücken dieser divesen Museen in den Norden Deutschland zurück gereist. Das wollte ich in diesem Jahr wiederholen.
Die vielen Drogenerkrankten in den Straßen um den Hauptbahnhof in unmittelbarer Nähe der Finanzmetropolen der Frankfurter City haben mich verstört. Um an Bargeld zugelangen belästigen sie in ihrer Not Fußgänger, so dass sich mein Weg zu den Museen zum Spießrutenlauf entwickelte. Nach 18 Uhr habe ich das Hotel nicht mehr verlassen. Mit diesen Eindrücken werden ich vorerst Frankfurt nicht mehr bereisen.
