Les chambres sont très bien isolés et l’hôte est calme

A pesar de ponerlo todo bien,le falta un buen mantenimiento,descorches en las paredes,cañerias atascadas,mamparas que no retienen el agua.
A pesar de todo es un buen hotel,podria ser excepcional.

Dos cosas, una que nunca la había visto y es un ventanal con cortina transparente que incomoda la intimidad del baño y la puerta de cristal de la zona del water o inodoro que estaba rota.

Auch das Frühstücksbuffet lässt kaum Wünsche offen, wirklich gut.

Der Spa-Bereich muss extra gebucht werden und hat dringend Nacharbeiten nötig. Die Mosaikfliesen in den Saune und Dampfbädern sind nicht mehr vollzählig und es bröckelt überall etwas ab. Es wirkt wie „Schein ist Sein“.
The room was very comfy, with all we needed to spend a night on it. Nice, clean beds.
We arrived at 6:30PM and the room wasn't ready, we had to go for a walk and came after 10PM to get it. We traveled with kids and after a long car trip, this wasn't what we expected. The next morning before leaving to the airport the front desk employee wanted to charge for the room again, we showed her our invoice but there was a bit of back and forth until she let us go. The hotel was very nice, but her staff looked a bit over load and disorganized.
