Habitación bonita, pero mucho calor

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado y hacía muchísimo calor porque además de hacer mucho calor fuera, estaba encima del Spa

La calidad que anuncian no la ofrecen. Parece un hotel de 4 estrellas en decadencia. Desde el primer dia avisamos de que la puerta de la terraza no cerraba, la chica en la recepción prefirió decirnos que no sabíamos cerrarla que arreglar el problema. La puerta de la ducha estaba descolgada por lo que el agua salía a chorro y con el mármol era muy peligroso. Tuvimos que utilizar varias toallas a modo de alfombrilla. Toda la estancia estaba llena de desperfectos y con utensilios rotos (rodapiés, mando de aire acondicionado, la cortina). Teniendo en cuenta el precio que cobran, deberían invertir mas en el mantenimiento

Que tuviera SPA

Cons:

Había humedades en la habitación, no tenía ni máquina de café ni infusiones y tuvimos varios problemas como que el agua de cortesía estaba abierta y le faltaba la mitad, algunas sábanas sucias. Un dia nos limpiaron la habitación y nos quitaron la mitad de las toallas, dejándonos solo con 1 para 2 personas. Había cosas en la habitación que no funcionaban como el ventilador del baño. La verdad que por el precio y sin incluir desayuno deja mucho que desear en comparación con otros hoteles de cuatro estrellas en los que me he quedado.
