Perfekte Betreuung und sehr nette Behandlung!!!
Pros:

Obwohl wir kein AE gebucht hatten und die einzigen Gäste waren, haben wir ein dreigängiges Menü bekommen und auch die Sauna wurde nur für uns aufgeheizt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

A homely property
Pros:

A beautiful, homely property, with everything we needed for a beautiful stay. We were given some very knowledgeable advice and that made our sightseeing perfect. We were welcomed to dinner on our first night which was lovely. Highly recommended

Výjimečné snídaně, velký výběr sezonního ovoce, velmi ochotný personál, starající se o své hosty po všech stránkách. Neuvěřitelně promyšlené čtyřchodové večeře z tradičních a lokálních pokrmů, velmi osobní přístup pana majitele, na kterém je vidět. že se stará o hosty rád a je hrdý na svůj hotel, svoji práci. Atmosféra v hotelu je velmi pohodová a přátelská.

Carezza 호수 산책하기 나쁘지 않음. 바로 옆은 아니지만 숲길로 20분 산책 거리. 차량 호텔에 주차하고 다녀오기 좋음 즉 호수 옆 유료 주차장은 오히려 너무 복잡하고 추가비용 소요. 저녁식사 코스 완전 추천 스파게티 완전 맛있음.

Hotel molto confortevole in stile rustico. Letto comodissimo. Buona la colazione. Avrei aggiunto qualche opzione in più ma capisco che al momento del nostro soggiorno le camere occupate erano poche. Personale gentile e molto premuroso. Grazie mille

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in dit prachtige hotel in het hart van de Dolomieten. Werner was een geweldige gastheer, een echte professional: kundig, met veel kennis van de omgeving, waardevolle tips en bovenal enorm vriendelijk. Zorg ook zeker dat je eet in het restaurant. Het eten is fantastisch!

In fuga dalla calura lecchese, abbiamo trovato un angolo di Paradiso e un'accoglienza molto cordiale

Eccellente colazione con ottimi prodotti. Eccellente l'accoglienza e la cucina. Abbiamo gustato due cene ottime, raffinate e con prodotti di prima qualità. Ambiente familiare e molto molto cordiale.

mi è piaciuto tutto e anche se l'albergo è un pò datato, è davvero molto confortevole.

We begrijpen niet de beoordeling van het hotel door booking.com. Het begon met aankomen in een hotel in de steigers wegens plaatsing lift en algemene renovatie benedenverdieping. In de badkamer werkt de wc en de douchesproeier niet naar behoren. De sproeier werd wel direct vervangen na een klacht. Er was ´s avonds geen keuzemenu zoals we gewend waren in alle andere hotels met HP.,met gevolg dat het soms echt niet onze smaak was. Misschien ook de reden dat we over het algemeen alleen zaten in het restaurant. Dus verblijf met HP veel te duur!! Jammer, want de uitbater waren super vriendelijk

Cozy, convenient and delicious.
Pros:

The hotel is less than 5 mins car or bus ride away from Lago Carezza. Lots of beautiful hikes all close by. Bus stops right in front of the hotel if you don't have a car. The hotel is family owned and i knew dinner was going to be excellent as soon and I heard the owner's mom was cooking. We had tomato soup, veal ravioli, pan fried veal, eggplants and potatoes followed by raspberry cake. It was the best meal in the entire trip.
